Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Epping Forest District

My family and I loved our stay at the Dove House! The house is very clean and spacious, perfect for a family. It is walking distance to underground train stations, as well as shops. Soskia was an absolutely amazing host, and was very helpful throughout the stay with all our needs. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay and look forward to our next one!

Laura’s house is beautiful, it’s very private and the pool is fantastic. The house is cosy and spotless clean. The area is also quite nice, and there’s also a pub walking distance.

Had an amazing stay for my birthday which the girls also enjoyed. Beautiful surroundings and was a little home away from home enjoyable for everyone and just what we needed. 100% recommend to everyone!

Asta & Jann were extremely wonderful hosts I had such an excellent stay. They always communicated with me making sure I was fine. They are always there to help out would 1000% recommend staying at their property they are great hosts. Also the property is amazing in pictures and in real life will be back again soon.

We had a wonderful stay! Jaqua was a fantastic host – very welcoming and quick to respond. The property itself is lovely and very spacious. The new outdoor marquee was perfect for our hen do with 18 guests, easily accommodating our meals, games, and drinks. The house is also excellent, with comfortable beds, a lovely living room and conservatory, and a well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommended!

A great venue - hosted a large group with ease, Kitchen was well equipped and we felt right at home, Greeted on arrival and given a quick tour so no concerns how anything worked and very comfortable. I would stay here again :)

Lovely place to stay, loved the bedrooms that were different styles. Close to Whitstable and the use of the private lake was a nice bonus as we do paddled boarding. Perfect 👌

This is a lovely home, restored beautifully and very well loved and taken care of. There is so much beauty inside. Our family enjoyed the space, the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our kids felt right at home and really enjoyed the foosball table. The kitchen is fully equipped and two washing machines was an added bonus for us. The location is walkable to trains that can take you down to the heart of central London. We enjoyed the quiet respite of a home outside of the bustling city after our long days sightseeing. Great place to stay near Canary Wharf! The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The hot tub and sauna are luxurious and a fun treat! Kitchen is fairly well stocked and easy to cook in. A/C worked great. Washer/dryer combo machine is nice to have as well. There is a small market across the street which makes getting groceries super easy. The bus stops right in front of the house for easy transport to Canary Wharf or anywhere in the city. Great transportation connections via DLR as well. Greenwich is an easy walk and a wonderful way to spend a day. All in all a fantastic place to stay! Thanks for making it a great place for our family!

Honeysuckle, cabin was really amazing, nice and clean very comfortable and extremely well equipped with quality bedding, toiletries along with everything you could possibly need. This is somewhere I would be very happy to visit again. The host Richard was very helpful and on hand if you needed him, but left us to enjoy the peace and tranquility, in this beautiful relaxing setting.

This was our second stay at Janes, it’s the most beautiful spot to relax in peace. Jane is friendly and always on hand to help. The accommodation is beautiful and has everything you need. The perfect get away

This property is beautiful. It’s immaculately clean and it was a pleasure to stay in.

We were a group of 3 adults and 4 teenagers and we enjoyed a very comfortable stay here. Plenty of space for all of us and tv, hot tub and games room kept everyone entertained in between trips out. Access to transport was excellent - two minute walk from overground station (Leyton Midland) and buses that took us to Central underground station (Leyton) in 10 minutes. Food shops at the end of the road too to stock cupboards for meals. Thanks for a great stay.

Really lovely location. We were blessed with a heatwave so it was really nice to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings, and in the cooler air of evening the hot-tub was fantastic! The cabin is very thoughtfully done and our hosts really wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They were really friendly and even came up with a birthday banner for my partner! Nice treats were there to welcome us too - Prosecco, chocolate and amazing homemade strawberry jam! We recommend! (The cabin, and the jam too!)

Couldn’t have asked for more; it’s a beautifully crafted space set in a completely private part of the property, with a charming interior giving you everything you need for a short stay. The hot tub and outside features were a brilliant addition. Alexia and James couldn’t have done more to accommodate and made us feel really welcome. There are enough shops and walking trails nearby for convenience, and James gave us some great local advice. We were offered fresh milk and baked bread which was such a lovely touch. 100% recommend, we hope to return some day :)

We had a lovely time at this special location. The bedrooms are all decent sizes and having two bathrooms is really handy. We made use of the hot tub and firepit. Charlotte was brilliant - super responsive and helpful. We booked the additional use of the swimming pool and games room. Whilst this is an additional expense it was a real treat and we would honestly recommend this to everyone for the experience.

We had a lovely stay from the moment we arrived till the minute we reluctantly left. The family at the farm were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We loved seeing the animals and learning all about the farm. It’s very peaceful and set in a beautiful surrounding and the accomodation was great. Beds were comfortable, the shower was fab and the hot tub very nice for an early morning and evening dip! We will definitely return ….

Thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing night away in Jodi’s beautiful little cabin. Stunning little garden and we made good use of the hot tub. Would definitely recommend staying here for a restful stay.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful lodge for a relaxing hen do weekend! 💕 The setting is peaceful and quiet, with lovely views over the golf club, perfect for enjoying the hot tub and soaking in the scenery. The lodge was spotless and really well kept, with plenty of towels and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living space was cosy, and we genuinely didn’t need to bring a thing. The gym, pool, and other facilities nearby were a real bonus, such a great touch for a bit of wellness and fun during the weekend. Karen was incredibly helpful with the arrangements and full of great information about the local area, which made planning our stay so much easier. The neighbours were absolutely lovely too, which added to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. we’ll definitely be booking again!
