Will is a great host! The place was extremely comfortable. Full kitchen with all the necessary amenities for cooking. Great location. I’m definitely staying there again!!

Excellent Host!

This apartment was a great value for our trip for a conference being hosted by ASU. The main restaurant/entertainment strip is just a block away. Copper Wren was very polite and responsive, with very clear instructions and frequent check-ins to make sure we had what we needed for our stay.

Spencer’s apartment was absolutely beautiful. It was located near the down town area of Tempe so there were a lot of amazing things to access in the area. This truly was a luxury apartment and all the amenities, including the pool and courtyard games were so much enjoyable. Spencer was a great host and extremely helpful with anything we needed. Would highly recommend!

about the charge,,,,not Rhonda's fault. airbnb charged me extra for going past 1month. it took Rhonda to help me communicating with airbnb. me on my own was difficult if not impossible to even find airbnb's main number. I WAS NOT HAPPY fortunately Rhonda's place was great and easily the most convenient of any condo in the area.. and I've been doing this in Scottsdale for 35years

We had a wonderful 1-month stay at this property. It was a very comfortable environment with nice qualities furnishings. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved being able to walk to the mall across the street, to restaurants bars and a gym. It was also convenient to walk to “Old Town”. Drew was very response to any question or need we had. The customer service was top notch.

This unit was just as advertised. It was very clean, very comfortable and a great location. Would definitely stay here again. Greg

Great stay and experience here! Cyrus was helpful and quick to respond, instructions were clear once received prior to check in. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable, homey, private and intimate place to get away. Well worth the price, the complex is nice, modern and quiet for the most part, short drive to old town Scottsdale and Tempe marketplace, and the airport. Will definitely keep this place in mind for any future weekend getaways and recommend to others. :)

Great place to stay in !!!

Amazing stay!!! Close to so many great restaurants and shops, very spacious and clean, and the host was very friendly as well as responsive! Anything we needed he was ready to help, which I greatly appreciated. Not to mention how affordable it was! I'd highly recommend to anyone visiting Phoenix!

Joe’s place offered so much value and activities to enjoy. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and spices to do so. The living room offered cozy seating and plenty of board games/playing cards. Also the tennis/pickleball court is very close to the unit, as well as the pool and hot tub. It is also walking distance to a few fun bars and restaurants. Roadrunner Lounge, RT O’Sullivan’s, and Carlsbad Tavern are worth checking out. Night Owl is a short drive and has great pizza. To sum it up, Joe was an incredible host who offers a perfect place to stay!

The place was perfect! It was comfortable and had a lot of amenities. The condo was clean and spacious. Julia and Billy were very proactive, responsive, and friendly. The neighbors were friendly. I don't have one complaint. I will be visiting Phoenix regularly and will book this place again if it is open.

Very restful, well set up, and comfortable stay during our trip to Phoenix. We loved how convenient it was for spending time at the pool, walking to pick up groceries, and walking along the greenway watching all the birds. Definitely recommend taking a stroll over the bridge for tacos at Okay Maguey's (so good we went 3x), checking out the Desert Botanical Gardens, and going to the Musical Instrument Museum. My favorite was lounging by the pool beside the blooming jasmine and hibiscus flowers under the clear blue sky! Anni was super friendly and helpful. Perfect little getaway spot for two :)

The place was great and so was the host. Nicole was prompt in getting back to me about my concerns and was very friendly. The place was just like in the pictures. I had a lovely time!
