Townhome holiday rentals in Ensley

One of our best stays in Pensacola yet. Anne was an incredible communicator from the start. Answered all questions very promptly and graciously. A pastry, fresh fruit, juice, milk and a bottle of white welcomed us upon arrival — what a treat. This was also the most well-stocked condo we've ever stayed at. Normally you have to pack everything with you and only should expect the bare minimum — not at Anne's! From coffee to condiments to tupperware to tons of extra towels, blankets, etc. We couldn't believe it, and everything came in so handy. The balcony and view of the bay is as peaceful as it gets, and the entrance to the beach is literally right across the street — so convenient and quick. Can't say enough good things about our stay!

Julie's place is awesome! I went to stay with a friend and our kids. we enjoyed the area and surrounding places.

We began the first leg of our Florida vacation here and only stayed 2 nights but soon wished we had booked longer. The location is prime for beach adventures with beach access immediately across the street. The beach was beautiful with white sand and clear water, super chill, not crowded, and was extremely family friendly. Our 1 year old had his first beach experience here and is now officially a beach bum. The condo was exactly as the pictures showed and had everything we needed for our stay. We 100% would stay here again.

This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

We had a great week here for Spring Break!!!! The directions were a little off saying the office was located across the street and we never did get codes to any of the doors - however, we lived!:). We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

We really liked the condo. There were issues with the e-lock so we ended up using keys for the stay. Donna & Karlotta (co-host) were quick to reply to any questions/concerns we had. The only thing I would recommend is bringing your own pillows if you prefer softer pillows. They were too firm for us but may be perfect for someone else. Overall, it was a nice, relaxing stay and we would definitely book again!

Lou was one of the best hosts I've ever had when booking vacations on this app. He was very responsive, attentive, and always helpful with answering questions. i will be booking with him again for sure. It was a great experience, and my family had a great time. The property is exactly how it is pictured, a 5 minute walk to the beach too! Can't beat it!

My family enjoyed our stay at this downtown Pensacola townhouse. The space was extremely clean, and the location is walkable to excellent restaurants and shopping. We heard a little bit of street noise on Friday night, but otherwise it was very quiet. This is a three-story townhouse with one bedroom on the first floor, the kitchen and living area on the second floor, and a large main bedroom and bathroom on the third floor. I appreciate that cleanup was minimal and all we had to do was take out the trash. Note that the thermostat temperatures are not adjustable. (You might be able to message the property management and ask to change the temperature, though -- we didn't try.) I highly recommend this property for easy access to downtown!

The host is great ! Super easy to communicate with and was very flexible. Nice neighborhood. Pool and grass area are beautiful. Our family had a wonderful time ! Would definitely recommend and will absolutely be back soon ! Thank you for having us and making our stay there incredible!

We had such an amazing trip! Franziska was an exceptional host—her hospitality was truly unmatched. We arrived during a storm-related internet outage, and she went above and beyond by dropping off board games and popcorn to keep our family entertained. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture that really made us feel cared for. Her home is absolutely beautiful and felt like a true home away from home. Every detail was well thought out, and it was clear that creating a welcoming space for guests was a top priority. My family especially appreciated the helpful recommendations Franziska shared for local food spots and things to do—the drive to each was short and scenic. All in all, this stay was a 10/10. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

Lisha was very quick responding to any questions. She was very polite and professional. We loved the townhome and the ability to do laundry in privacy. Has full kitchen that is stocked with cookware if you want to cook yourself. Has roku TV if you want to sign into your streaming services. Area was really quiet. Never heard any neighbors. There is also a Polaroid camera and notebook that you can use to leave a picture and note. Definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice place. Layout for us was just what we were looking for. You could just walk right in from the parking lot. You had everything you needed for your stay. Appliances were top notch. Very clean. Pleasurable to sit on the couch and look outside two big windows. Sitting area in the back had privacy. Stocked with kitchen accessories. The stairs going up were nice big wide stairs. There was a beautiful king bed with a full nice size bathroom. You had two big tv’s down and up. Close to gas stations, restaurants and stores. The Pensocola Beach was very close by. There where beach accessories to take with you. So accommodating. Host was great. Responded quick. We will be back and tell others about this place.

According to my wife the cleanest AirBNB we’ve ever stayed! We really enjoyed our time here on a last minute trip. The development & layout worked out very nicely for our young family, and we didn’t even need the trolly to get to the beach since it was only a few min walk. The hosts we great and would recommend this place highly!

What a wonderful place for our family vacation! Jackie was so accommodating making sure we all comfortable. The home was amazing with lots of games and fun for our kiddos! As we arrived we were welcomed with a snack basket and a gift card to dominos! I would definitely recommend for any family with young children. We hope this rental is available for our next trip to Pensacola!

This was a great air bnb especially if you have little ones! So much provided that I didn’t have to worry about packing! Very well stocked place and Melissa was a great host, very responsive with any questions we had & gave great recommendations. This is one of the best air bnbs we’ve stayed at. Everything was so clean and comforting. Felt like home away from home! Will definitely be back!

We had the best time at Family Tides! The location was perfect for a peaceful beach vacation with our small children. The townhome was incredibly clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of beach essentials available! It was a short shuttle ride to the beach, but also very walkable. We enjoyed the beach, beach club, pools, and gym! Would definitely recommend!!

This place was amazing. The location is wow you are literally in the backyard of the beach. The place is super clean very equipped with anything that you need. We enjoy the games it rain for a few hours. Internet was fast. Everything was stocks in the kitchen. Definitely recommended to stay here, great restaurants nearby.

We were coming to Pensacola from CA for our son’s graduation and Wing pinning and wanted a nice place to spend the week. Gretchen’s place was so clean and beautifully decorated and we felt so at home. We were welcomed to the home with a card and pecan treats and Gretchen even left the lights on for our very late arrival. We’ve never stayed in a place that was as spotless as this, which is huge in our book. It was quiet, beds were comfortable and we were close to downtown. The other amenities were so nice and made our trip top notch. There were nice blankets to use as we watched TV at night, beach towels, a beach umbrella, sand chairs and a beach bag for our trip to the beach, and even a huge rain umbrella for the daily thunderstorms we encountered during our 6 day stay! We cannot say enough about the ease of communication with Gretchen and her hospitality! If we ever find ourselves in Pensacola again, we will definitely book here.

Amazing stay. The property was equipped with everything we needed plus more. Comfy and peaceful space with lots of room. We will definitely be coming back here!
