An excellent option for family vacations, especially for those traveling with children. The house is very close to the quiet beach, which provided moments of fun and also rest. Without a doubt, it is an option that meets the needs of those seeking leisure and comfort during the holidays very well, as the house has a cozy atmosphere and a great location.

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We used the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

Best Airbnb I've ever stayed in, I found the price very good, everything very clean, organized, the house was perfect, accommodated very well our staff, it was comfortable, spacious, the toilets beautiful, clean, the house had plenty of shots, the kitchen was well equipped, good to use, perfect barbecue area, finally the house exceeded expectations in every way

The Sobradinho Vermelho is a charming, cozy and bright place. We were super comfortable and very well accommodated. The yard is beautiful and the location near the beach is a show! We were also able to appreciate the caiçara culture in the casting of the net for mullet fishing. The weekend was perfect!❤️🙌🏼

The house is exactly like in the pictures, extremely well cared for, close to the beach (Prainha) and close to cove also Luis Fernando, a great host who was attentive to our arrival and quickly answered the questions, a very polite person! We loved the stay, the house met all our needs. Large and full of space... My family loved the place and everything was as advertised. Nerli was very attentive and served us very well. I just thought the house would be a little closer to the beach, but you can walk there easily, close to markets and a pharmacy.

The arrival at Casa Vila Say was a pleasant surprise, although the photos of the advertisement are already passionate, they cannot translate the beauty and charms of the house, we were surprised by the space and the care in every detail. Luis is an excellent host, passed all the coordinates and gave a complete checklist on the features of the house, the communication was quick and always very resolute!! The house is huge and super functional. Very, very comfortable and with quality touches. The rooms are very spacious and all have air conditioning. ALL the utensils were there, NOTHING was missing. I would say that there was more than enough, you could cook whatever you wanted..!!! On the days we were there it was very hot and humid, an air conditioner in the living-dining room would have been appreciated. We managed with fans anyway. A car repair would also have been useful, although this is common to the entire complex. Note that these last two paragraphs are suggestions and in no way tarnish the final score, which is 10/10. Very satisfied!!

Super clean and organized house, everything as advertised. Quiet neighborhood, with a bakery very close to the house and a good distance from the beaches (600m from Prainha and 400m from Enseada). Luana, very friendly, promptly responded to everything we requested. The beds are comfortable, clean linens, and the outdoor shower is great for getting the sand off your body. The barbecue with grill, and kitchen with basic utensils, served us well. It was great days, I recommend the accommodation!

Spacious house. Well located. Close to the beach, panificadora and market. Comfortable beds. Clean, smelling bedding and towels. Super clean and fragrant bathroom. All impeccable. Very nice atmosphere. Excellent service and reception of Camila. Nossa was very happy ! We will return when possible.
