Mooie uitvalsbasis voor heerlijke wandel- en fietstochten in 't Twentse land. Recreatiegebied 't Rutbeek vlakbij, evenals 't Buurserzand en Witteveen. Het gastenverblijf is van alle gemakken voorzien, o.a beddengoed, bad- en keukenhanddoeken, maar ook aan thee, koffie, kruiden, wc papier, keukenrol en afwasblokjes voor de afwasmachine is gedacht.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Casa de amigos (landelijk gelegen)

Mooie woning met veel ruimte om het huis. Wij houden van gastvrijheid en respecteren uw privacy. Kan totaal contact loos als dat een wens is ivm alles apart en eigen ingang en sleutelkastje. Huis word door ons schoon gemaakt volgens regels van airb&B. ! Belangrijke ivm onduidelijkheid wij kunnen een ontbijt serveren/maken maar dit kan alleen op aanvraag en kost 10 pdpp.! De wei tegenover de voordeur kunnen onze gasten gebruiken voor de honden. Deze is omheind en de tuin is niet omheind.

In "het Tuinhuis" met eigen ingang, keuken, badkamer en werkplek kunt u rustig ontspannen en uitkijken over onze groene achtertuin. Dicht bij de binnenstad zijn wij de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een langer verblijf. In "het Tuinhuis" bent u geheel zelf voorziend met wifi, Netflix en volledig ingerichte keuken. De mooiste fietsroutes liggen voor de deur, een actief weekend staat niks tegen.

( Die Betten können auch zusammen geschoben werden ). Auf einem Schlafsofa finden weitere Gäste Platz.
