Welcome to our beautiful traditional house in the coastal village of Platana, on the island of Evia. The house features three bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a sofa-bed, kitchen and bathrooms. The terrace overlooks the Aegean sea. The house is situated inside the village, close to restaurants and super markets, as well as the beach. The surrounding area offers ample opportunities for hiking, swimming, climbing, or just relaxing. The price inludes tax (2€ Nov-Mar, 8€ Apr-Oct)

The Sunrise house (55 sq.m.) is located in Kymi just 200 meters from the main square and 1.5 km from Kymi Beach. Here you will find the perfect combination of mountain and sea. In an area with 5km privacy from Kymi is a suggestion to get to know the beauties of the area and for escape from everyday life. The last 200m is a passable dirt road. In rainy conditions, attention is needed because the road becomes slippery. Located on a fenced farm with amazing views of the Aegean Sea It has a bedroom , a kitchen with a sofa bed and a bathroom.
