We spent a wonderful holiday in Levi in this cozy holiday apartment, and the experience was excellent in every way! The apartment was neat, modern and well equipped – the kitchen had everything you needed for cooking, and the living area was spacious and cozy. The location was perfect: close to the slopes and services, but still in a quiet area. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Special thanks for the warm welcome and quick communication! We highly recommend this place to anyone planning a holiday in Levi – we will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay here. The location is very quiet, the snow was still white (unlike in the city), though the road to the place can be slippery. The apartment is large enough, well equipped, very clean. I think the kitchen has everything you need. We were lucky enough to see the auroras almost every night during our stay here, it was perfect! Thanks for making our last days in Finland even more magical!

we enjoyed the stay very much for us it was perfect 12 days very nice apartment quiet location very nice view over Ylläsjarvi and much further, perfectly furnished with sauna, ski room, drying cabinet, etc. Everything is easily accessible for skiing, cross-country skiing, etc. We were traveling without a car so by public transport, the ski bus does not run as often you have to plan a bit if you want to go somewhere, taxi is a good alternative in need. We will always remember the stay in Ylläs.

We had a wonderful time at Katri's cabin. It is cosy, clean, stocked with everything you could need and very well situated. It feels like a little place in the forest while being a quick and pleasant walk to the centre. I loved watching our little girl play in the snow while drinking a Minttu on the terrace. Katri is quick to answer any questions and very helpful. I happily recommend Katri's place to anyone considering it and look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful and peaceful accommodation with privacy and easy travel.

We enjoyed our stay, the place was clean, well appointed with everything you need and cosy. For two adults and a child it was very spacious, but 6 adults may find it a bit cramped particularly as there is only one toilet. The sauna was a real treat and the washing machine and dryer was very useful. location was in a beautiful setting, but be mindful that if you are going skiing with young children it is a 20min (took us more like 30!) walk to zero point and when you're carrying equipment it isn't ideal. we took the bus often which was at the end of the road, but just adds extra cost. Still we would recommend this place for it's character, setting and how well appointed it was. Astrid was also super helpful in allowing a late checkout since our flight was at an awkward time of day with no buses.

This place was an easy 10/10 for us! Pure luxury, insanely comfortable, and so good we considered "accidentally" missing our flight. You can step outside with your skis or sled and head straight into the forest. The bed? Hands down the best one we slept in during our Finland trip. We loved the back patio with its huge glass windows and cozy seating, perfect for relaxing. The sauna was amazing, and the dry cleaning machine and washer were a lifesaver. The apartment is modern, packed with every amenity, and honestly, you may never want to leave. We also stayed closer to town and in a fancy glass ice cube, but this still won by a landslide. If you're coming to Levi, stay here. Just make sure you have a car. Huge thanks to our awesome, responsive host!!! When we come back to Levi I guarantee you we will be staying in this place!!!!

A big modern cottage that worked brilliantly for our own family's 2-week vacation. We are a family of 3 small children and the cottage is also well suited for families with children: there was a crib, potty and high chair, and sleds. The yard area is peaceful at the end of the road, so you can also play in the yard. A distinctive location next to ski trails, just a few decades to the ski track, and a short ski trip to several nice ski-in/ski-out cafes. The only small minus is that there are big hills from the ski slopes in both directions, so it takes caution with the kids to ski when leaving, but not at all impossible (there are others in the area for a much more difficult cabin location for children's skiing). Amazing views from big windows to Summertime. Multiple berths and bedrooms. The cottage also worked well for the first week's remote work when there was a peaceful space and a working internet. A short trip to Tunturintie, which is easy and quick to get to the slopes by car. Airport/train bus stops are also about a km away. Thanks! 😊

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment has everything you need. The sauna heats up quickly and the oven in the living room is fantastic. The apartment is well furnished and equipped. We felt super comfortable. The short path to the lake to see the aurora lights or to get into the trail is simply fantastic. Communication and check-in were great. I can recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to relax a little away from the city directly on the lake.

Excellent rental, we felt very comfortable. The apartment has everything needed to be able to self cater. Excellent location about a 5 minute drive from the centre or Levi. Extremely handy to have a car parking space. Robin was always extremely responsive with messages and advice. Would love to return one day!

The apartment was perfect for us. Walking distance to ski lifts and possible to ski back to the apartment (on sidewalk). Absolutely no complaints, definitely recommended. --- Ylläs destination warning - do NOT trust the airport bus, they can cancel at any time and you won't get your money back. Also, local minimarket is quite expensive. Travel by car.

Excellent location short walking distance from Levi center, yet very peaceful and spacious (at least for 4 people). Listening to the noise of the after ski in the center, we were happy to live further away. Owner very responsive and sign in with key box very easy. Good instructions in advance both in Finnish and in English. One bedroom down stairs (double bed), two bedrooms upstairs (2 x twin). Both floors have their own toilets. Bathroom/sauna separate. Also little "play room" upstairs which could also with a desk be an office for remote work. Could fit in a baby bed, not more. Drying cabinet for ski stuff, kitchen very well equipped. Living room area spacious with high sealing & big tv. We didn't use the fire place. The only minus is limited space for storing clothing, no space for wardrobes in the bed rooms. Blinders but no way to fully block light from the bed rooms. We appriciated the dish washer and the washing machine.

The location is good and easy to walk everywhere, bus stops, shops, slopes nearby. Hosts responded to messages right away and helped with issues kindly. Nothing bad to say, we had a great time!

A clean and peaceful place that was great for two people. The stairs to the sleeping loft are a little steep, the bed was great for sleeping. The sauna got a good steam, and you could also dry clothes. Great base for a few days of outdoor recreation.

Wonderful cabin in a wonderful place. Everyone should visit Lapland and should stay at Markku's.

There were two of us, the apartment is as pretty as comfortable and clean. We appreciated the walking proximity for all activities and the supermarket right next door. That was great!

It was very nice to be in the deep winter I Levi and the beautiful house. The hot tub and sauna were perfect with the cold temperatures. As a highlight, we looked the Aurora right from the cottage.
