The most beautiful cottage, clean, welcoming with all the amenities. Petrol was responsive to our messages and even got fans in for us as it was going to be the hottest night of the year. It was easy to check in and really comfortable. Would definitely return snd recommend to anyone.

Rose Cottage was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Ascot. The cottage was lovely and clean with all the amenities you would need. There is a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy the fabulous weather we had. The cottage was easy to find and the minute you step inside, it feels like home. Claire was the best host! We had a couple of questions, which Claire responded to within minutes, always helpful and offering fab suggestions for local eateries (try The Crown & Cushion up the Road! 😋). We would definitely stay at Rose Cottage again and will be recommending it to friends 🥰 Thanks for letting us stay at your lovely cottage x

Had a lovely stay at Paul's place. It has everything needed, very comfortable bed in a quiet area. Very conveniently located close to the station, great restaurants and the Waitrose. Paul and his wife were very accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend and will return.

Stayed here for Ascot races, the host was very friendly and quick to respond and catered to our needs of a flexible check in. Location was perfect and just a short uber ride from the local southern rail train station. The house itself was clean and perfect for what we needed would definitely recommend.

Just back from a lovely stay in Old Windsor. The accommodation was beautiful, and looked after by the lovely and helpful Lucy. Windsor & Datchet are a 30 minute walk or 2 minutes in the Car or bus. Slough is 10 minutes away and a great train service which gets you into London within 15 mins. Casa by Grace is a beautiful home and immaculate inside, couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay.

Adam was the perfect host, going the extra yard to make me feel at home: beers in the fridge, eggs, bacon, bread and orange juice too. His instructions were clear and helpful and his modern house felt homely and relaxing from the moment I entered - super convenient too for working at Royal Ascot which was only a 15 minute drive away. I would stay again without a moment’s hesitation. Thank you Adam.

We arrived to a spotlessly clean beautiful home. A welcome package was left for us with bread, milk, cake and assorted treats. Such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. Dianne got back to us pretty much immediately if we had any questions. We would love to stay here again and will highly recommend this home to family and friends.

So glad we found this place, everything we needed and a very short walk to a quaint pub.

How to start?? I would highly recommend Charles' place! When you get there and go up the stairs, you might think it's not going to be good. However, when you open the door you'll be taken back as to how beautiful his place is!! I felt right at home! Charles had wine, milk, OJ, bread and eggs. The sleigh bed was not only comfy but so pretty. He had great darkening curtains which also serve as a divider from the living room. The shower was welcoming. If I come back to London, I'd stay at Charles' place!

We had a lovely time at Sarah's place. It's as the photos suggest and is in a very peaceful surrounding. The barn is next to Sarah's family home, but the way it is oriented means you get plenty of privacy. Thank you for letting us in to your home. We all had a lovely quality time with friends.

My husband and I booked Fiona's place for 2 nights just for pure relaxation and to get away from the usual chaos of life. It was just what we were after. Close enough to Henley for a meal out and a stroll along the Thames but also total peace and tranquility back at the cottage. The use of the pool was a bonus too. We will definitely be back. The perfect tonic.

Great location and good space. Was as advertised. The only negative was that check in time was inflexible as we had flow in from San Francisco and our flight landed early. Not ideal to have jet lag and not have the ability to checkin 1 hour early. Thank goodness we had friends nearby but otherwise that's tough with a small child.

The pool house is beautiful, cosy, full of perfect finishing touches and well equipped. Maddy and Neil were super helpful, very thoughtful and kind. The pool is exquisite, clean and warm - a fabulous end of a working day, with lots of space around the pool to lounge and soak up the rays. Can’t wait to return!!

The Island House is a beautiful, comfortable oasis surrounded by green space and with views of a branch of the Thames. It is private, quiet and light-filled, affording a view of the diverse birds in the trees and passing swans on the river, while also within 8 minutes drive of Hampton train station with easy links to central London. There are cute pubs and restaurants in the local town (about 15-20 min walk or 2 min drive) and nearby towns, and expansive Bushy Park and Hampton Court are just 15 minutes drive. If you don't fancy a walk and don't have a car, but want a quiet weekend away without cooking - many local restaurants and grocery stores deliver to the location. Lisa is friendly and responsive and welcomed me with coffee, tea, fresh bread, milk, butter and fresh pressed juice. Staying at the Island House was such a treat; exactly the restful spot I was looking for while in the greater London area. Thank you Lisa!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fox Hollow Cottage, such care and attention to detail has been put into the design of this space, it is a real gem of a property. Also being located adjacent to Great Windsor Park, it’s an idyllic location for everyone who loves a good walk, jog or bike. Ben was also a very attentive host. It’s possible the steep stairs up to the bedrooms could be an issue for some, however I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Another glorious stay and it felt like coming home to a house with stories in its floorboards and laughter in the walls. We returned for Ascot, but the real magic happens after the races: long evenings with friends and family, barefoot in the kitchen, music drifting through the rooms while we cook together, play board games, and swap tales in the garden over a glass (or three). Corner Hall is full of charm—quirky corners, characterful finishes, and that warm sense of welcome you can’t quite fake. It’s the kind of place where you instantly relax, scatter your belongings, and start calling the rooms by name. James, the host, is like having a distant relative you genuinely look forward to hearing from—friendly, responsive, and quietly keeping things ticking in the background. You get the feeling that he truly cares about the house and the people in it, without ever being intrusive. All in all, a perfect backdrop for memories we’ll retell for years. Already planning the return.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

I can’t think of a better place to start our trip to England! 20min from the airport yet you feel transported to the English countryside. Beautiful views of Windsor castle, lovely surrounding gardens and fields. Susie and Hamish were impeccable hosts and left a delightful basket of goodies. Our two children greatly enjoyed their Brio train set and frolicking in the garden, as well as feeding seeds that Susie left us to visiting carrier pigeons. We enjoyed all of Hamish’s recommendations, particularly the walk through Windsor Great Park, dinner at Barley Mow, and a day spent at Savill Garden and Adventure Play. You won’t regret your stay here!

We had a lovely stay in Windsor. Our hosts were extremely responsive and made us feel like we could just relax and enjoy our stay. The house also smelled amazing with these beautiful diffusers!

Nice English Cottage with a big back yard! Very convenient check in hour! On site parking is a plus! Though Lyne Lane near the Cottage is kind of dangerous to get in and out! The mirror on the pole opposite to the drive way does little to help! Anyhow, my family enjoyed our stay!

Really great location, cozy little unit with everything you need. Wish I could have stayed longer!
