The house is 140 square meters and is located in the quiet village of Kolby on the southern part of Samsø. It consists of a country kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms (only one with a bathtub), and 3 bedrooms with double beds or 2 single beds, as well as a small room with a bunk bed. The bunk bed should only be used by people who are a maximum of 170 cm tall. In total, there are 8 sleeping places. There is also a weekend bed, including a duvet, for children from 0-2 years old.
