Overall the stay was amazing! The hosts are extremely responsive all the time (literally even at 2am in the night). The place was clean, amenities were great, lots of restaurants available nearby to order food, right at the heart of downtown with a great Burj Khalifa view from the balcony. All our requests were catered to, by the hosts and all the furniture, beds, pillows, washrooms well maintained and clean. Just one thing, if you are going to be using the extra bed (foldable) provided, it’s a bit difficult to set up and is not the most comfortable to sleep on. The apartment is ideal with enough and bed space for 7 people. Everything else was fabulous and no complaints at all!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and the view was absolutely stunning. The location made everything easily accessible, and it really felt like a home away from home. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional hospitality. The host was kind, responsive, and very professional. I’d also like to give a special mention to Daniel, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Their flexibility and generosity, especially in allowing me a few extra hours beyond check-out time, were deeply appreciated and made a big difference. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay. I would definitely come back again!

It was an amazing experience qualify for best value for money !! Within walking distance about 10 minutes from the Dubai Mall very quiet building. What I enjoyed the most was the free gym The only drawback was the availability of the swimming pool. It was closed during my stay.

We stayed in the villa as a family and had an absolutely amazing time. The property exceeded our expectations — it’s even more beautiful than the photos and description suggest. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Jawad was incredibly welcoming and waited for us despite our late arrival, making the check-in process seamless. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, which made cooking a pleasure, and the garden is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained — a perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

We loved this place - especially the pool! We have an 10month old baby and it was awesome having a private pool for him to safely splash around in on a float. TIP: Make sure you walk on the Astro turf bit when getting in and out the pool as the white tiles can get a bit slippery. The villa provided a clothes hanger to dry swimsuits which was much appreciated. The kitchen/lounge/dining area is beautiful! Just like the pics. The villa is walkable to cafes and carrefour (6min walk) which is great if you don’t have a car. Washing machine and tumble dryer worked great. TIP: We ordered Careem and Deliveroo a lot. For some reason these APPs struggled to automatically find the villas address and it would put in another random one; so you may have to put in the correct address manually. Maybe this was just our experience but sharing in case any one else experiences something similar. Overall, great stay. Thank you guys - And the private pool was our highlight!

My wife and I enjoyed the area and the atmosphere. Indeed very clean and quiet place. I recommend it highly to anyone who is looking for a cozy, homey-like place.

Brother Mohammed was great in his dealings , and the residence was excellent as a location and interior equipment in addition to the external session. I personally enjoyed living , and by the treatment of brother Muhammad, God willing, it will not be the last deal between us.

The 9 Palms Villa was a lovely place to stay for the week. The neighborhood was quiet, the villa and outside areas were cozy and welcoming. We had a great stay and would come back again. The host and co host were responsive and very helpful - check in / out were easy.

Stayed here for a week, and felt right at home! It was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Very walkable area, including right to the beach! The staff on duty were exceptionally friendly and helpful as well!

Very nice apartment on 53rd floor with amazing views to Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai. Private entrance to Dubai Mall. Great place!

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Very good person and place

We had one of the best views of the Burj Khalifa – truly breathtaking. I booked the place for my birthday, and they went the extra mile with a lovely decoration setup, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff, especially Joyce, April, and the owner herself, were incredibly responsive and attentive throughout. Thank you for making my birthday so special. I’ll definitely be coming back next time!

My friend and I visited Dubai for the first time. After a long search, we found Hichem’s apartment — and it was amazing! We arrived late at night, but Hichem was there to welcome us and guide us through the apartment. He explained everything clearly and even provided us with fresh fruit and water. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Dubai and were able to rest well in the apartment. Thank you very much, Hichem, for the excellent service!

Absolutely loved my stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a beautiful surrounding environment. The host was exceptionally friendly and quick to respond, ensuring a seamless experience. A major bonus was the free parking, which is hard to find in the Dubai. They also provided free drinking water, which is equally rare. Highly recommend this place!
