Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Entire house with garden ideally located 14 km from Caen, 17 km from our beautiful Normandy beaches (Ouistreham) and 400 m walk from all shops. This 57 m² house is composed of a living room and a kitchen where you will find everything you need to prepare your meals. A bedroom with a double bed, a mattress for 1 person can be added, a storage cabinet. A shower room and a separate toilet. A washing machine is at your disposal in the basement.

Charming refurbished studio. It has a real sleeping area with a queen size bed (160 x 200). A fitted and equipped kitchen. Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Molotov account provided. To make your night or stay more enjoyable, bed linen and towels are provided. Guests can also relax in the small private garden that is not overlooked and equipped with a charcoal barbecue.
