The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

This stay surprised me in every way. The house is even more beautiful and contains amenities and special things that don't appear in the photos. Well-equipped house, it had blankets and towels at ease, all of the best quality. It was impeccably clean. We didn't have time to enjoy the barbecue area because we went to work, but it's extremely well equipped, pool was crystal clear. In short, I missed the house later and I intend to return! in addition to everything, it is cozy and a positive family aura is perceived, one feels a lot of happiness in the environment. The apartment is faithful to the photos! Maiquel, always very kind, helped us with the check-in, with the bags, even though he couldn't anticipate the arrival. This made a difference. I confess that when I entered I thought it was small, but everything was very organized, cleaning supplies available and everything working perfectly, the organization of the apartment helps a lot. And the differential for me was the condominium's green space.

We had a fantastic time at Rose's place! We encountered a small problem during check in, but after a quick message to Rose, we were let in super quick. We made our way to the room, and we were so impressed! I remember being excited to be in this place from the photos, and seeing it in person was even better! So spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed and more! Bathroom and kitchen sinks outfitted with soap (both hand and dish!) and bottles water already in the fridge waiting for us. We only ran into one other problem with a hair dryer, but one quick message to Rose, and they had one delivered to us from their neighbor in the next few minutes. And then later that day they had a brand new one ready for us with the doorman! They also gave us recommendations for places to go and services available to use. Truly remarkable hosts! We absolutely loved our stay here. Wonderful views from the windows and such a great lovely space to live in. A place I would totally visit again!

Priscila was willing to help from solving small problems of stay, nothing related to the property, to indicating places and gastronomy near the accommodation! Practically inside the transamerica expocenter, making life easier for those who want to avoid traffic! I'll be back as soon as I need to!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.
