The main house is best suited for a family or a group of friends, max 4 people in total (2 bedrooms). The small sauna house is ideal for experiencing the Estonian sauna culture. Only 500m to Tartu Marathon skiing tracks.

Unwind in the unique one-person barrel steam sauna, or take a dip at the private lake 4km away for a truly rejuvenating stay. Relax in a hammock with your favorite book, pet our adorable rabbits Frida & Björn and create a cozy ambiance with indoor fireplace. Cook delicious meals on the barbecue or in fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your own private forest spa experience!

Lombi Holiday House is located right in the middle of the hilly natural park, by a pond in Nüpli, 2.8 km from the centre of Otepää. You can enjoy the lake view from all the rooms and pamper yourself with free wi-fi, cable TV, fireplace, an outdoor chilling area. A sauna and barbecue facilities are all at your disposal. An array of activities can be enjoyed on-site or in the surroundings, including skiing and hiking, golfing, and wakeboarding as well as fishing at the nearby lakes.

In this peaceful and stylish place you can relax and enjoy the hot water in the hot tub (additional fee, 1 night upon reservation), relax in the warm sauna (additional fee), grill meat and enjoy morning coffee on the terrace. Come and celebrate your big and small events in the company of your loved ones or surprise your loved one with a romantic evening. To spend time, you can use our Viking-themed grill house (additional fee) .

The house is close to the Tehvandi stadium, city center, forest, great views, restaurants and dining. Its closeness to the skiing tracks and of the disc golf park makes it a great place for people who love sports! It being next to the forest and near lakes also gives a nice relaxation oportunity . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).
