We stayed here for 2 months while we waited for a new apartment to be ready. Absolutely lovely apartment in a charming town. Walkability to the river was amazing. Sven was so helpful and made the place feel right at home. We were sad to check out!

We stayed with Kerstin for 2 nights and felt super comfortable. You can tell right away when you enter the apartment that it was furnished with a lot of heart. Very nice, well-kept apartment with a large balcony in the countryside. We felt very comfortable and were therefore here for the second time. Barbara is very friendly, easy to reach and very helpful.

We were very pleased with our stay! The place was well equipped – it had everything you need. The hostess was always available and very friendly. The surroundings are beautiful, perfect for relaxing with a lot of nature all around. Clear recommendation for anyone seeking peace and quiet!

Very nice stay in Oestrich-Winkel A very charming, clean and well-equipped apartment! There was nothing missing. The location is very good: in a few minutes you can be at the Rhine, or in one of the many wineries in the area. The hosts were very friendly and always available. The check-in was completely uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation is very nicely located at the foot of the vineyards and the castle. Everything went great for our stay. Very comfortable bed and enough space for 2 people. You have your own entrance and parking is possible nearby. The bathroom is quite narrow but sufficient. Everything is decorated with love.

We were allowed to be guests at Thomas' for a weekend and enjoyed it very much. The apartment is really nicely furnished and equipped, quiet and otherwise exactly as described - the location in the middle of the village between all the old half-timbered houses is also particularly nice. Check-in was super flexible despite the delay on our part due to traffic (thanks again!) and we got direct tips for restaurants and the nearest parking space. Overall, we felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation. 🤗

Very well equipped and very clean apartment. Good bus connection to the main station. Baker nearby, who is also open on weekends or holidays.

Everything is as is described and stated in the description. The room is clean, the neighborhood is quiet. The host was very hospitable. Definitely a great place to stay.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay for around a month in Caroline's place. The location is perfect as it is right near the bus stop and train station and a supermarket at around 5 mins walking distance. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated that gives a modern as well as a classic feel. I liked the small yet fantastic touches of arts. It is equipped with everything that is necessary, even cooking essentials like spices, rice, flour... pretty much everything. Carolin is an extremely helpful woman. I am truly touched by the warm hospitality and highly recommend this place.

Little paradise! There were wonderful days full of rest and relaxation with the fantastic view, cozy furnishings, green terrace and the adjacent forest. Jutta and her husband are very kind and warm hosts and their home is a magical gem. Hopefully see you again. Thank you very much! 🌹

The apartment (a private house with patio) was the only really modernly built and furnished accommodation between Mainz and Worms that we could find. That alone was worth it. Unfortunately, nothing was available in 2024, so only now, in May 2025. Bright and friendly, well-equipped with all modern standards, perfectly cut and practical to live in. There was nothing wrong with it. At the center for us was a large table with a perfect ratio of table height (72 cm) and seat height for eating and working. Bedrooms and beds were well sized. Everything worked in the bathroom. A week of total well-being. We did not use the TV, sound system and the large Weber grill. We found Alexander himself to be friendly, uncomplicated, competent and helpful. We used the one-week stay in Budenheim to take tours by bike and train - to Mainz, Wiesbaden, Frankfurt and to wine villages in the Rheingau. We didn't have enough time for Rheinhessen.

I needed an apartment for 46 days due to water damage. Lucky I found this one. I felt comfortable from the beginning and slept through the first night. That means something for me! The price was absolutely top. Everything you need. Very good relationship with Michael and Isabell. Would love to come again and again. Kind regards, Burgel

Khussa in the Schumacherei is a lovingly furnished studio. We stayed here for two nights. Due to the cold and rainy weather, we unfortunately could not use the courtyard, otherwise it would have been a nice place to have breakfast etc. There was little to do in the village of Oestrich during our stay. In the market square (50m from the apartment) is only an ice cream cafe. Just down the road a good takeaway pizzeria.

Verena and Marc were absolutely wonderful. They were always available to help with anything I needed and truly made me feel at home. The place was comfortable, welcoming, and very well taken care of. If I ever return to Mainz, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

I’d rate it 4.5* but rounding up to 5: very clean, pleasant apartment in a green, peaceful area. I had a lovely morning run and we enjoyed breakfast with a great view from the balcony thanks to the good weather. Two minor points: The beds were very good, but the blankets were oddly short—even my 155cm GF found them small—and the shower was only lukewarm a few times. Communication was mixed: we locked ourselves out once 😖 but it was resolved within 10 min, which was great. However, we didn’t read the hot tub instructions beforehand (our fault), and when I messaged via the app to check if we could still use it, we got no reply. We did receive apologies afterwards—they weren’t notified of the messages, apparently. Overall, still a great stay!

a girlstrip that stayed at dominik’s place and every single one of us loved it, would’ve stayed longer, we felt instantly at home, the view and the garden were amazing. the airbnb provided everything we needed :-)

The hosts are super likeable! Communication was excellent and smooth. The apartment is upscale, modern, cozy and furnished with a lot of love. You don't lack anything, you feel right at home. Just arrive, store his belongings in the cabinets or in their desired places, some food in the fridge and feel right at home. The highlight for connoisseurs is the bathroom with spacious jacuzzi bathtub and the sauna located in the bathroom. When you get up in the morning you can hear the birds chirping and you are very close to the outskirts, where you can walk a few minutes on foot in the Ferlder. Beautiful rape fields with the Frankufurter skyline in the distance. The good infrastructure allows you to swarm out in the Taunus in a few minutes to immerse yourself in various forests, hiking trails, etc. I'd love to come back, you can switch off nicely and it feels like a vacation in.

Great accommodation, located 5 minutes' drive from Rüdesheim. Top quality Jacuzzi, easy to use sauna Kitchen equipped with everything you need! We felt very comfortable. Everything was so lovingly furnished. You could relax very well. The sauna and hot tub were the highlight. But you could also do a lot of business there, unfortunately a weekend is not enough to explore everything there. We were in the butterfly park and it was beautiful. The hosts were very friendly and were always available when there were problems. I can recommend the accommodation to anyone who loves nature and tranquility 🥰
