Our apartment is barrier-free and is located directly at the Adlershof Landscape Park. A supermarket and a bakery are about 200 m away. The BAB highway can be reached in a few minutes and BER airport is about 15 minutes away by car. Still the apartment is quietly located. It is located on a cul-de-sac and a charging facility for electric cars is right outside the door. There is always a parking space in our residential area. A highchair and travel crib are provided.

The apartment is equipped with 1 double bed, fitted kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV and modern bathroom. Public transport, such as bus and train, are within walking distance. Stay in the greenest and most water-rich district of Berlin near Lake Müggelsee and yet only 20 minutes from the center. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.

Since July 2018, we have operated 5 cozy apartments for 2 adults and 2 children each. We welcome guests from all over the world! Stunning views over Lake Beetz, access to the on-site beach and a boat mooring just a 5-minute walk from the holiday property. On the 4000 sqm fenced holiday area you will find a playground to romp around and a sauna to relax. Rowing boat on request. Camping on the holiday site is also possible by arrangement.

Welcome to the attic, bright and spacious, accessible via a (narrow) spiral staircase (unfavorable for people with walking difficulties). With open well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a friendly workspace. Bedroom with 2 single beds, Bathroom with tub and toilet as well as large living area with (sleeping) couch, TV and DAB radio A shower room is available on the 2nd floor.
