Beautiful architect-designed cottage with the Gudenå river as a neighbor. A great place to relax and enjoy vacation and leisure. The place is located at the end of a quiet cottage area and consists of a main house and an annex with a sauna. The garden is shielded with hedges from the road and neighbors, and a wild fence from the Gudenå river. There are three terraces where there is always a sunny or a shady space. Common to the cottage area is a green area down to the Gudenåen river where it is possible to take a dip from the bridge. (However, there is a lot of current in the river).

This unique house, on the ground floor, has its very own style and surroundings. The house is located in a fantastic, beautiful nature, with good recreational opportunities in the immediate area. The view down to the lake is a beautiful panoramic picture, which visually changes from hour to hour throughout the day. Feel free to swim in and sail on the lake, where you can be lucky to see otters. Around the area around the lake, you can also be lucky to see deer, fallow deer, hares and other animals and birds. This natural gem must be experienced!

Treehouse in the countryside. Come up in the fresh air, relax and enjoy nature, tranquility and the view from the balcony. The place is unique in that it is small, but big at the same time. Every detail has been thought of. Our Treehouse is designed for two adults. It's romantic, tucked away and quite quiet and idyllic. Far away from noise and light, but close to Viborg. You'll have time and peace to relax, talk or just enjoy the nature around you. The sunset seen from the balcony is great to enjoy with a glass of wine.

Sophielund is a very large, unique and beautiful country estate, a real home located in scenic, quiet surroundings with a forest as a neighbor and close to the Gudenå river. You can walk, hike, run and bike (mountain bike ) and swim. Train station 1 km . Shopping 800 m. Located between Viborg, Aarhus, Silkeborg, and Randers. Perfect for a large family or a smaller group (max 8) with space for socializing and activities. Charging of electric cars on Østergade or by the local Brugs - about 700 meters from the property.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. We offer a cozy house, originally from 1890, which we have renovated with a gentle hand. We have a nice, functional and fully equipped kitchen. Play one of our many board games or enjoy our cozy garden. The house is located in a small village, but close to a larger city, Kjellerup (4.3 km), with some shopping opportunities. The house is centrally located in Jutland, close to the beautiful towns of Viborg (20 km), Silkeborg (20 km), Aarhus (52 km), Billund (80 km).

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1st floor with fantastic views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" cosiness with a large screen, a game of foosball or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. There's a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

Small cozy house located right by the city sign in Ans By with the forest in the backyard. Shopping as well as Ans Kro, Pizzeria within walking distance. Centrally located between Silkeborg, Randers, Viborg and Aarhus. 2.2 km to Ans lake shore where there is the possibility of swimming, sailing and fishing. There are plenty of activities within a few kilometers, including Tange Sø Golf Club, Ans Circle Walk route, a mountain bike ride in the forest, Tange Elmuseet.

A small cozy house that was newly renovated in 2024 with a large lawn and good parking facilities and very quiet and beautiful surroundings.
