House in a quiet and family residential sector. Very simple but comfortable and spacious space for guests. It has 3 pieces, 2 single beds, 1 bed 2 seater and parking for car. No parties allowed on working days. Located close to supermarkets and malls. Transit down arrives at Av. del Mar.. Eye: It is a neighborhood of many cats, and they come to sleep in the backyard (they do not enter the house), so if you are allergic to cats, this may not be a suitable space for you
