Lovely Condo w/pool, balcony, and lakeside view!

Relax on the balcony overlooking the pool and lake Marion or go down and relax at the pool, or launch your boat at the boat ramp for the day and go fishing or cruising. There is also a myriad of golf courses near by. For dinner with a great view head over to the other side of the lake to the Lake House bar and grill for adult beverages on the lake with great food. For upscale dining Clark’s restaurant is a good choice. Bike,hike,or cook out over at Santee state park which is only 10 minutes away

Rowesville is 11 minutes from the beautiful Edisto Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg. Orangeburg has many restaurants, Wal-Mart, and a Starbucks near I-26. Columbia is about an hour away. Bring your family or group to this 3 bedroom 1+ bath place in the large trees with lots of room for relaxing and fun (….if you are a jeans and sweatshirt kind of person. It is not the Hilton!) TVs in each room, and 2 covered decks. Fish, or just sit out on the dock, watch the boats run by, and appreciate the lake. We rarely use the dock ourselves. 600’ from our public boat ramp with a park and small beach. Please also note that we do have cameras installed that monitor outside only.
