Absolutely loved this place! It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable—the bed and linens felt luxurious. The location and price were perfect. My only minor disappointment was that the coffee pot was located in the lobby, so I couldn’t enjoy a quiet cup first thing in the morning without having to get fully ready. Still, a fantastic stay overall!

I loved my two nights here in South Bend. Babina’s place is ideal if you’re going to a show at the nearby theatre and she was very helpful and communicated well. Her house was spotless and the bed was comfortable. I’ll request to stay here if I return to South Bend.

We actually didn’t get to stay due to a family emergency, but the host was very understanding and supportive. I would recommend staying there even without seeing the place lol The instructions to get into the space were great and I can tell there would have been zero issues.

The house was very nice and clean. Really spacious kitchen that was great for cooking for the group of us and enjoying a meal. Everything matched the pictures. The views from the house, the deck, and the upper balcony were exactly what we were hoping for with slightly chilly weather. We spent the weekend with family and enjoying the scenery. Even saw some sandhill cranes, a muskrat, and some other birds and critters. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and definitely would consider coming back. As a note, the stairs down to the dock are very steep and the dock itself was a bit rugged, but those things were clear to me from the pictures provided. It made it a little nerve-racking with kids. It was too cold to swim so I'm not sure how it would be using it for that.

My dad and I came for the ND Playoff game and had a great time. The house was great and a convenient location to ND considering the price. The house was well kept and we were very satisfied given we were the first AirBnB renters to stay at the place. The renter was responsive when we had a small issue with the Internet and they quickly went out of their way to fix it. Would recommend staying here to a friend.

It’s hard to find a spot in South Bend on a home football weekend- especially without 2 night minimum. Charlotte was very accommodating. The home is a remodeled older home with lots of beds which would be good for large group. The home has had an addition and stairs look to have been moved years ago-(before there was an enforced building code) headroom on the stairs is precarious but manageable with some caution. No central air but not an issue in late Sept. I would wonder about July/ August. Nice full kitchen if you wanna cook. Overall it fit the bill for ND football weekend. $25 10 minute Uber ride to campus- even with the traffic.

Kadir’s place was perfect for our stay. It was within walking distance to great restaurants, parks, etc. And the neighbors are very friendly. Kadir is also a super accommodating host!

Dave was amazing. He was so thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed. It truly felt like we were at home. It was an outstanding view, great location and super friendly hosts. Best AirBnB yet. We will go back. Thank you Dave and his furry friend Mac.

This is our 3rd time staying at Jim’s place. Jim is very responsive and the place is perfect for our extended family gathering.
