We loved our stay at your beautiful home - so eclectic, gorgeous gardens, so relaxing with the wrap around verandah and day beds, and the magic bush track down to the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped, and everything so thoughtfully presented … a relaxing home away from home! Our little dog Cliffy absolutely loved his time there too … lots to explore in the fully fenced garden, and he loved his daily beach adventures. Thank you Evelyn & Kerry for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back and stay longer next time.

Turtle crossing, what a beautiful serene place. We got to enjoy this charming property right after the recent heavy rains to the Mid Coast, and we were very close to cancelling, but we were oh so happy that we committed to our trip, and got the opportunity to explore this beautiful part of NSW. In the rain, in the clouds, in the fog, or in the sun, this property shines bright. There is so much to enjoy about the open space in the living areas as was in the gorgeous surrounding landscape. Very secluded setting with everything is provided. A fully stacked kitchen, generous amount of bedrooms & beds and endless games & activities makes this suitable for all families or groups wanting to escape from the hustle and bustle of normal life. Jenni & Clive are amazing hosts, and I can’t praise either of them enough for their generosity and friendliness in the buildup, during and after our stay. We will be back

A coastal gem! Little Umi at Boomerang Beach is an absolute treasure, I would go back in a heartbeat. From the moment you walk in you feel instantly relaxed and at home, from the beautiful surroundings, views and sunshine from all angles - I never wanted to leave. Thanks to Jodi's amazing place and her outstanding communication, she was so helpful and accommodating it felt like my holiday had been thought out for me. Can't wait to book again! Thank you Jodi

Was clean well equipped and catered to accomodate the whole family. Dog friendly. The family preference was if the bbq was in the upstairs balcony, would have been great especially with mozzies around. Very happy and enjoyed the weekend. Felt at home.

What we loved about this place was the generosity of spirit! The house was really well equipped with so many thoughtful touches - stocked pantry, games and toys for the kids, products to manage insects, even a first aid kit. It's rare to have such a generous host and it's those little things that make a big difference. The house was unusual in its layout with three separate pavilions that took a little while to get used to but was nicely designed to make the most of the serene view. Although we had little need to communicate as the house was very well set up, Amber was very responsive/friendly and checked in with us to see that we arrived ok. Overall a lovely, very relaxing stay which we really enjoyed. Would definitely recommend this little gem - thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anna's place and can't reccommend it high enough. Anna was super helpful and accomodating throughout our stay. The house has great internet connection and wifi and really does look as good as the pictures suggest. Check-in and out were seamless and Anna was always on-hand to answer any questions we had. I really can't rate this place high enough, will absolutely look forward to staying here again!

Miriam’s place was perfect . We loved the outside deck for afternoon sunsets and a short to walk to beautiful boomerang beach . Can’t wait to visit again

We loved our stay at Lauren’s place! Beautiful, modern interior, walking distance to Shoal Bay for restaurants, pub, bike hire or to watch the dolphins at sunset. Or for the more intrepid, lots of hiking options right out the back door. The house was so well-equipped we also spent some days enjoying the pool, pizza oven and outdoor entertaining area. Highly recommended!

Had the most beautiful stay at Eamonn's on the river. The place is so sweet & exactly as described and pictured... such a serene escape with beautiful scenery, great amenities & hosts to match. We enjoyed sitting by the lake and outdoor fire place every evening which was stocked with wood and fire lighters to get us on our way. It was my hubby's bday while away & Eamonn went to the extremely kind trouble of baking a scrumptious cake to celebrate which he delivered to us. We also got to mingle with a litter of puppies which was a treat & added bonus : ). Eamonn came to the rescue when my husband has an allergic reaction as well , promptly bringing over some antihistamines early in the morning. Twas a perfect weekend, owed to the place and hosts. Thanks so much for having us and spoiling us!

The Pool House is a beautiful spot for a getaway with our puppy. The place has everything you need. Very clean and perfect size. The pool is absolutely beautiful and it’s a very short walk to the local shops. Will 100% be going back. We had a great time.

Jay and Rod’s home was beautiful! We had a wedding to attend at the Little Beach Boathouse, and this place was the perfect location as we could easily walk down to the venue. Would definitely recommend!

we had a great stay at Elizabeth beach. The house is beautiful and well equipped. we stayed with two families with young babies. Rebecca was very responsive and accommodating for us. The house is central in the area but other than the Recky down the hill everything is a short drive away. Great "hideaway" for a long weekend or week away from Sydney. Thank you Rebecca!

This home is my first of three bookings here. A lovely home for a family; either weekend away to beautiful Dungog, or a longer stay while you find your feet, or explore this beautiful part of NSW.

Our extended family had a wonderful long weekend at Windmill Lodge. There is lots of space and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for large groups. We also made use of the wood fire for pizza and the extra large paella pan. Lots of lounges and seating and a big long dining table perfect for large groups. Tanya was very helpful is setting up extra beds as we required and we felt very at home.

Boomers Beach House! Amazing. Took the family fora little getaway and the place was amazing. The Balcony is exceptional! Phenomenal Views. Very large and so well put together with the shade available. Loved our stay, short walk to all the beaches even for my 2 y.o. Cafe's also in walking distance. Thank you again Tony.

A great experience! Lots to do and explore close by. Staying in the treehouse was so fun, really mixed things up compared to a regular air bnb or campsite cabin. Would definitely recommend!

Went to Tiny with my partner and our two dogs. We loved every second of it! Cary and Trudy were very accommodating and both responsive when needed. The photos don’t do the place justice. The beers were a good touch 😉 thought we would get rained out but thankfully the sun came out for us when we were here for the weekend. More than enough firewood for us on both nights, hot water was so good along with excellent water pressure. It’s the only place on the property so it was nice and private. Dogs had free roam which they loved, but make sure they have good recall as there is no fencing. Explored around town during the day but honestly was so excited to just get back to the place and enjoy it. Will definitely book again!! Thank you, Cary and Trudy!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful country retreat! The views were absolutely stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere was just what we needed to unwind. Our hosts were super accommodating, especially when the weather turned bad and the roads were closed. They kindly allowed us to check out later than planned, which was a relief. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway from the city, I highly recommend this place. The hosts are wonderful, and the views are simply breathtaking.

Went away for a few nights with some friends and the accommodation was absolutely beautiful, clean and well furnished! There were plenty of books, games, outdoor furniture, BBQ, and kitchen amenities which made the trip very easy and fun. The location was so peaceful and quiet and the drives to the beaches were really pretty views of the lake passing lots of beautiful farmland. Luisa was an amazing host giving lots of local recommendations and giving very easy instructions for check in and check out. Would definitely recommend and will be 100% going back!

We had a wonderful stay at Annabelle’s place! It’s just a short drive to the beach—with a beautiful outlook from the house. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Annabelle was a fantastic host: warm, helpful, and full of great suggestions for local places to visit. She was also very accommodating with our checkout time, which we really appreciated. Being introduced to her lovely horses on the property was an added a special touch. Highly recommend!

The extended family tried the mid north coast instead of Jarvis Bay- wow, what a spot. The house was breathtaking in it's size, design, layout and ability for lots of people to have their space. We had many memorable meals cooked by one of our friends in the wonderful kitchen and eaten on the beatiful table that sat everyone in comfort or in the outside undecover area. Maggi gave us a recomendation of a swimming spot nearby called Neranie Bay. It is warm fresh water, shallow for our 5 year old twins and has grassed shaded areas to sit- possibly the best beach ever for young kids. We drove to all the beaches and the roads are stunning. A 20 minute drive in this area is not like 20 minutes in Sydney, it's a time to relax, put on some music, have a chat and look at the breathtaking scenery. This house itself is wonderful: spacious, peaceful, quiet, private and will long be rembered as a fantastic holiday spot. Thankyou for letting us stay!
