Takis was a wonderful host and the property was spotless and beautiful. Takis was extremely helpful during our stay, helping with local recommendations and always available if we needed help. We even received fresh eggs, vegetables and a traditional dessert from his Mother which was a wonderful touch. The house itself was just as described, clean and felt like home! The pool was huge and super clean, fantastic BBQ Grill & area outside too. Overall, we had the best experience in Zakinthos and Takis and his Mother played a huge role in that with all their help and recommendations! Will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Amazing property! Loved the architecture and design of the place - tasteful decor. Enjoyed our stay here basking in the sun by the pool. Spacious rooms with lots of storage space - bathroom in each room was a huge bonus. Overall loved everything about the property and the host was very friendly and helpful.

Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub bei Kyriakos und Christina. Die Familie war sehr herzlich und die Kommunikation bestens. Bei unserer späten Ankunft wurden wir mit Lebensmitteln und Getränken für ein Abendessen überrascht. Die schöne Wohnung mit der tollen Terrasse, dem herrlichen Pool und der beeindruckenden Aussicht auf die Olivenbäume und das Meer haben wir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und alles war sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Christina und Kyriakos.

We stayed here for 10 days for our honeymoon and it was beyond perfect! The views were stunning and the area was so quiet and peaceful. The villa itself was immaculate and perfect for a couple on a romantic getaway. The outside space is brilliant, especially the BBQ! The location of the villa is on top of a hill so would thoroughly recommend a car, especially to travel around the local villages and towns. Plenty of supermarkets in Vasilikos and would recommend the bakery that’s nearby! Roussa and her sister, Katerina, were really helpful and were on hand for any questions we had. They were quick to respond and more than happy to help. We were very sad to leave but we’ve got memories that will last a lifetime.

Wat een fantastische villa! Alles was perfect: het huis is ruim, stijlvol ingericht en superschoon. Het heeft een prachtig zwembad en op maar een paar minuten lopen van het strand. Sakis, de eigenaar, is supervriendelijk en gastvrij. Hij gaf ons meteen een warm welkom en stond altijd klaar voor tips of hulp. Wat extra fijn is: naast de villa zit het gezellige restaurantje van Sakis, waar Elena en Kostas je heel aardig ontvangen. We hebben er een aantal keer heerlijk gegeten. Voor ons was het een perfecte plek om tot rust te komen. Dankjewel Sakis. Wij komen terug!

We hebben geweldig genoten van het verblijf bij Anastasios. De villa met zwembad was prachtig. De schoonmaak top, iedere dag schoonmaakdames en iemand voor het zwembad en de tuin. Op loopafstand veel restaurants waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Een supermarkt aan de overkant voor boodschappen en we hebben via Anastasios een auto gehuurd die bij de villa werd gebracht en weer opgehaald, waar we het eiland mee hebben verkend. Ik raad dit iedereen aan die een relaxte en ontspannen vakantie wil, zonder ergens over na te denken, alleen maar genieten op een prachtig eiland met een even zo mooie villa. the villa was absolutely stunning in all aspects, the owner was highly helpful and took care of every request we had although he was injured. we enjoyed our holidays in Zakhintos due to the comfort of Dionysis villa. we highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at the house! It’s perfectly located, super clean, very comfortable, and extremely well equipped, everything we needed was there. Spyros and Magdalini were incredibly helpful and kind, always available and full of great recommendations that made our trip even better. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back again! We had the best time here! It was the end of our honeymoon and perfect for what we needed, we were able to relax and decompress while also explore the beautiful island. The home is walkable to a few restaurants if needed but i’d recommend a car to get the most of your stay!

Chalet parfaitement situé pour ceux et celles qui veulent rayonner entre 80 et 120 km ( environ ) autour, pour joindre 4 des principaux sites et villages archéologique; De Mystras à Olympie ... Ambiance montagne et calme assuré à 638m d'altitude ; ce chalet dispose d'un équipement ménager exceptionnel, à goûter sans modération et avec délice, bref, un père et son fils très satisfait de leur séjour de 10 jours; Merci Sarantos de nous avoir confié cette résidence. Ήταν όλα υπέροχα! Πανέμορφο δωμάτιο με όλες τις παροχές. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού. Στα γύρω καταστήματα μπορούσες εύκολα να πας με τα πόδια. Η μόνη δυσκολία είναι πως όταν εχει κόσμο στο χωριό μπορεί το πάρκινγκ να μην είναι διαθέσιμο. Σας ευχαριστούμε!

From the moment we arrives we fell in live with this place, which was perfect for two of us for a week. The roads are steep and winding, but that adds to the sense of getting away. We walked the Menalon Trail, which starts in Stemnitsa, to Dimitsana, past monasteries and through the Lousios Gorge - stunning! Not for the unfit or faint-hearted - it's very steep and 12.5km (5 hours) to cover. We needed the cold drinks and mountain lunch when we arrived. The taxi back was entertaining, too - Nikos gave us lots of local information. We also managed day trips to Messene, Mystras, and Mycenae, all about 1.5 hours away by car, though not far as the crow flies. Cafe Gerousia in the town square is fab during the day, and the grills at the taverna are great. The tiny shop tucked in between Σιμο & Σιμο and the Ginger Squirrel has everything, but the proprietress speaks no English - cue lots of looking up Greek words, pointing and grammatical errors on my part.

Wonderful space for a family. My brother and I made the most of the space and genuinely enjoyed our time in Zante. We would definitely stay again

We had 4 beautiful days and nights in Pavlos-Christoss beautiful villa. The terrace is wonderful in both mornings and evenings. The house is very well equipped and the garden is so nice and well kept. We would definitely like to come back some day.

AMAZING! fantastic host, responsive, polite and hospitable. House had everything we needed including delicious coffee and cold water. A spotless and well and beautifully designed home. 2 min walk to the beach. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The hosts were very kind and helpful, making me feel welcome. The accommodation was peaceful, providing a perfect place to relax. At the same time, it was conveniently located, allowing easy access to various places. I would recommend it.

Bel endroit calme avec une vue magnifique sur les collines. Maison spacieuse et bien rangée. Super hôtes très réactifs. Si vous en avez assez de la ville et que vous cherchez de la tranquillité, c’est ici qu’il faut venir :)

Εξαιρετικό. Μείναμε στο σπίτι για 8 μέρες, περάσαμε πολύ ωραία σε ένα όμορφο πολύ καθαρό και καλά εξοπλισμένο σπίτι, με μια υπέροχη αυλή δίπλα στο δάσος. Έχει όλα όσα χρειάζεται κανείς για να νιώσει σαν στο σπίτι του. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήτανε πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Απέχει μερικά μέτρα από την παραλία η οποία είναι ρηχή με καθαρά νερά. Θα χαρούμε να επιστρέψουμε!

Bij aankomst werden we meteen enthousiast en vriendelijk welkom geheten. Hoe de woning staat omschreven in de advertentie, zo zag het er in het echt ook uit! Schoon, ruimtelijk en voldeed aan alle wensen! Top service! De host is vriendelijk en was goed te bereiken voor vragen, activiteiten en tips! Met 11 vrienden hebben we een leuke vakantie gehad!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Orianthis Beach House. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer, man überquert wirklich nur eine kleine Straße und ist schon am Strand. Dieser ist wunderschön und recht ruhig, bietet aber viele Möglichkeiten, für wenig Geld eine Liege zu mieten, was aber nicht nötig ist, denn man kann auch im Garten der Unterkunft bleiben und von dort die Aussicht auf das Meer genießen. Kinder haben hier eine kleine Schaukelanlage und genügend Schatten. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es hat zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder und ein großes Wohnzimmer. In der Küche könnte es etwas mehr Auswahl an Geschirr und Kochutensilien geben, das Wesentliche ist aber vorhanden! Wir haben die Gastgeber zwar nicht persönlich getroffen, aber Chara hat sich sehr freundlich per Telefon bei uns erkundigt, uns Tipps für Kefalonia gegeben und stand bei Fragen jederzeit parat. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt, perfekt für Familien!

Wow! What a place. Everything you would need and the attention Marios provided in making sure I had a great trip was second to none, even producing a personalised itinerary and organising a hire car for me. It's such a unique spot in the middle of a vineyard, and a great base to explore Zakynos. The photos are spot on and capture it perfectly. I just wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!
