Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Elis

We loved our stay in Patra. Pleasantly surprised by the space of the home. The hosting family have been so kind and accommodating, we would come back again any time.

We were very lucky to stumble across this tranquil villa. From requesting to book to the point of checking out, Savvina was very helpful and swift with replying, with some great suggestions to certain things we wished to do. We were met by mama nena on arrival who showed us around the villa and made us very welcome, with the added kindness of some lovely homemade produce, the following day we were totally spoilt with the arrival of a delicious pie. The villa was in a quiet area, which we were looking for, with a very short drive to the nearest beaches/taverners. We took in some beautiful sunsets and an amazing sunrise at the villa. An absolute gem of a place. Emma and her mother made our stay simply perfect by providing everything we could have asked for and more. The spacious and comfy house was easy to find and super clean, offering every comfort needed. It offers a lot of privacy and quiet, along with incredible views of the surrounding sea and mountains (the visiting cats were a big plus!). It's location also makes it easy to get to one of the beautiful beaches or a great place to eat after only a short drive. We had an amazing time here and can't wait for a chance to return. Spacious home near the water. Check in and check out was key transfer from George and wife with tour of house and garden. Super nice people.

We really enjoyed our stay. Eleni was extremely helpful and the house was well equipped, warm, clean and lovely. We especially appreciated the open fire and the fantastic view from the huge window. The only downside was that on the night we stayed the neighbour’s dog barked all night long. Clearly this was not Eleni’s fault but it was distressing and it disturbed our sleep. However, I would still happily come back and stay again in this great place. Thanks Eleni :)

The apartment was perfect for us. The views were stunning and the location was so tranquil. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished and the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We received a warm welcome from the owner’s father, Akis. We arrived late in the day and rather than driving in the dark, asked his advice regarding having food delivered. He was so helpful and kind. We would definitely recommend staying at Sun and Moon.

Great location right in the middle of things. Walking distance from the pedestrian mall and the Acropolis. The apartment is located on the 0 floor which makes it easy to access. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and although it is on the 0 floor there is no noise from the street due to double glazing. In short I highly recommend

We had a lovely time in Alykanas. The airbnb is beautiful, large, and both bedrooms and the terrace have sea view. The sea is a beautiful blue and the area was quiet. The hosts were easy to reach out to when needed but also respectful of our privacy. They and made us feel at home. They arranged a taxi for us, took us shopping the first day when we didn't have a car, and gave us a small tour of the surroundings. They also have us numbers for tours and to rent a car, which went smooth. We got a sweet handmade present at the end of our stay. Recommended!

What a wonderful host! The house is very spacious, extremely clean and the host is the most accommodating. We had a great stay! It’s only a couple of streets away from the beach and everything is walkable! The house got cleaned every 4 days - amazing service! The bedsheets were white and ironed! Highly recommend!

The house was 100% impeccable, spotless, beautiful and wonderful. There is nothing negative, everything was perfect. There was also a table and chairs on the terrace as well as a very beautiful courtyard. The decoration was incredibly beautiful and tasteful. The host gave us accurate information to get there. The man is very kind, helpful and gladly suggested some shops in the surrounding area. I wish all hosts were like him. In general, our whole experience was impeccable!

I was very satisfied with my stay. Mrs. Margarita very kind, helpful in everything, the house spotless,had everything it writes inside. With the welcome there was a liqueur to serve. I will definitely prefer it again if I go to Patras again. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

This place was absolutely wonderful. The view from all balcony’s is amazing. It’s worth it just for that. The kitchen has all the accoutrements you need for meals if you choose to eat in. There is a great washer and sturdy clothesline dryer. The layout has all living space on one level (but on second level of home) and there are stairs to a loft area with twin beds. There are outside stairs to get to second level. The location is perfect distance from Sami for quiet. There is a road behind condo but it does not disturb sleep as bedrooms are on opposite side. There is a huge driveway that is gates so plenty of parking. Beach towels were provided. You can swim right out into sea from backyard. It was wonderful. There is lots and lots of storage / drawers. Olga and her mother Nikoletta were available and responsive to our needs. They took very good care of us. The overall vibe is the wood cabinets, doors, door handles, and style is vintage but with modern amenities. Just lovely!!

10/10. Had a lovely stay here! Lovely bakery down the road which is a 10 min walk. Location is quiet and peaceful and was perfect for our little one to sleep. Host was lovely and responds quickly. We needed a travel cot and high chair and this was provided for us. Gave us recommendations for the area and car higher. Would defo recommend staying here! The villa was perfect, clean and plenty of space for 4 adults and a little one. I would live here if I could. The villa is lovely and would highly recommend.

The accommodation was as described and fully met our expectations. We enjoyed the tranquility and the great view.

JUST WOW. It’s hard to describe how amazing this Airbnb experience has been, but I’ll try. Apartment - The apartment is beautiful and furnished to the highest spec. The aircon is a dream, large fridge, large bed, indoor and outdoor showers with all the amenities needed when you check in including bottled water, shampoo, washing liquid, olive oil, salt and pepper etc. Area - 15 min walk into old town (10 mins from ICON gym) and you’re away from all the noise, it’s extremely peaceful. Service - It’s what sets this place apart from other Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Our lovely cleaner Maria cleaned the apartment from head to toe every couple of days, replenishing toilet rolls, bin bags, fresh towels and new bedding and even provided us with more charcoal and fire lighters as we used the BBQ multiple times. Such a professional feel and we felt very well looked after all holiday. 5* Airbnb experience with service to match. Thank you for making this an experience we won’t forget!

Super nice accommodation, everything as in the pictures. Modern, very clean and superbly equipped. We had no contact with Giorgos, but with his co-host Nikos. Super friendly contact. Nikos contacted us before the start of the holiday and provided us with a lot of information about the house, as well as many useful/ worth seeing tips from the island. During our stay, he always asked if everything was okay. We highly recommend this house. For the stay, it is best to have a car, because the house is very rural. It was very quiet.

A truly fantastic stay! Staying at The Tower in Vasilikos was an unforgettable experience. The Tower itself is full of character and charm, with beautiful views. Waking up to the view of the olive trees and the sea in the distance from the bedroom balcony was a highlight of our trip. The space is clean, peaceful, and uniquely designed, striking a perfect balance between rustic and comfortable. Valory and Vassilis left us some helpful local tips and ensured we were well informed before we arrived about check in and all of the features of the house. The location is fantastic - near some beautiful beaches (St Nicholas beach was a highlight for us) and great amenities. One of the highlights for our family was the pool – our children absolutely loved it! It was the perfect place for them to cool off, play, and enjoy the sunshine. If you're looking for a serene family friendly getaway in Zakynthos, The Tower is a rare gem. We left feeling relaxed, rested and not wanting to return home!

What a wonderful place! This is a real gem away from all the hustle - it’s super private, quiet and peaceful. We LOVED our stay. The villa is beautiful and super comfortable - especially the beds and pillows. The pool and mini golf were dreamy and loved by us all! We had the villa set up with the main double bed and then two rooms with twin beds in each for our children - it worked perfectly. Giota is the perfect host and couldn’t have done more for us or been more helpful and proactive - thank you so much! Alexandra came every day to tidy up and make the beds and she was SO lovely and kind, the kids loved her. They were both there to greet us when we arrived despite arriving on a very late flight - this was really lovely and a warm welcome. Thank you for a wonderful stay on Zakynthos - we would love to come back one day!
