The house is amazing, it was clean, smelling and all tidy. It has all the necessary utensils, and a great gourmet area. The swimming pool had warm water which made us enjoy even more. The neighborhood is super quiet, which allowed us to rest. I'll definitely come back more often.

I had an excellent family weekend, the house is perfect, exactly like the photos, very airy, the pool, despite not being heated, was always pleasant, my children loved it, they had a lot of fun in the pool, in the game room and in the toys of the playground. Safe, well-equipped and quiet house. Gabriela is an excellent host, she responds quickly and very politely. I'll definitely be back more often.

The house was organized at the time of check-in! - The space has only a small freezer in the barbecue area and the fridge area, which may be limited to those who stay for more days. - The Wi-Fi signal did not reach the most distant rooms well. - The refrigerator door is not closing properly. - In the pool area, we miss a parasol. - The intercom does not work, which required us to go down whenever someone arrives- which can be a bit inconvenient for groups arriving at different times. In general, the house is very good and has met our needs. With small adjustments and preventive maintenance, the experience can become even better!

Cissa was super receptive and welcomed us very well. City Council gave us good instructions and helped us with some requests, as well as leaving us 100% at ease. The fact of living on the floor above gave us security, mainly because it was not a gated community. The pool area and the garden are the maximum point, really very tasty to stay and relax, in addition to being very well taken care of, which left us calm to release our pets. The suite is very simple but functional (the air-conditioning is good, and has a projector instead of a TV). Well-equipped and spacious kitchen. We recommend!

We love the place and we'll definitely be back. Quiet, private and secure location I spent the extended holiday with my family and everything we needed in the house. Well equipped kitchen, with utensils and appliances. Comfortable rooms, quality mattress, as well as linens and linens. A well-kept outdoor area, we love the pool and barbecue area, as well as the fruit trees. It was with two small children and two puppies, safe environment for all of them, the dogs were safe on the fenced property and the children ran and played a lot on the lawn.

From the first moment, the host Fernando's house was a salvation! She matches the photos a lot and finds herself on a very safe street (a rarity in SP) The biggest problem we had during our stay was the washing machine that didn't work and the clothesline that was a little small. I chose to wash the clothes by hand during the stay **but it was purely my own choice**. Fernando is a first-class host and I'm sure he would solve the problem if I insisted. When the house has a problem (whether it's a gas shortage or a shower that burns out), Fernando offers solutions and covers the expenses to ensure a peaceful stay. Finally, the _only_ problem is that the amenities in the listing do not match 100% with those of the house (for example, the coffee maker, there is none), but it is still the best choice I could have made to spend a long stay in São Paulo, and if I return, it will definitely be to this same house. I highly recommend it! 9.9/10!

Luiza is very attentive and her home fully met our needs. The residence has everything for a family to spend comfortably from a few days to long periods. The condominium also has a bakery, restaurants, market and other essential shops for everyday life. As I needed to go to Campinas regularly, the location of the house in Sumaré facilitated my trips, as I quickly accessed the Anhanguera and Dom Pedro expressways and arrived at my destination in just over 20 minutes. The house is simple, but it has soul. A typical house of the Indaiatuba grandmother. Perfect for those who have a dog and care about their stay. The yard and the location are the highlight. It's great to have breakfast outdoors and do everything on foot. Total silence, very pleasant neighborhood.
