Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Eleven Point River

As others have said, the duplex is older, but clean. The parking was good for me. The location is conveniently on Thomasville, but Thomasville is a little busy so there is some road noise. I used earplugs and there was a fan there if you like white noise. Otherwise it is quiet and peaceful. Everything was sufficient and I appreciated the pricing in comparison to other available properties for my stay. I would stay here again.

Beautiful view from the living room! The location was great to hit a lot of trails and sights around the area. Big Spring being just down the road was amazing and a relaxing spot to finish out the days! Amenities were great, having access to a washer and dryer made such a difference after hiking all day. The neighboring property does have incredibly bright security lights at night that shine into the patio which was kind of a nuisance. Overall the place was a wonderful stay and I will definitely stay again if I’m in the area, I don’t think you can find a better view for the price!

Beautiful space for a couple and convenient to all things in the area. We loved the living area and the kitchen was perfect for cooking or takeout. Walt’s place is extremely homey-away from home!

Heather’s place was very welcoming and spotless. We were visiting family and this was in an ideal place. There were additional finishing touches that made us feel at home. There was a lovely park across the road where we could walk our dog. It was very quiet and would definitely stay there again.

Quick, friendly responses and good directions. In the middle of nowhere, with fields, forests, and a cattle pond out back-- perfect to get away from it all. Former ranch house, remodeled into a surprisingly spacious house with good facilities. We slept six people with the provided amenities, and two bathrooms got us through the morning routines quickly.

Beautiful newer place. Nice and quiet, had everything we were looking for 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing host and home for me and my dogs. Great setup and very comfortable. it was nice having a fenced yard. I will definitely state there again!

We had an awesome time in Flippin, and Shawn & Dotti's place was fantastic! The home was spacious and clean, the location was perfect, and the view was spectacular! We loved being able to look out at the river from both decks and take advantage of the firepit in the evening -- so peaceful & relaxing! We went fishing with Cox's Guide Service and had the BEST time -- caught lots of rainbow & brown trout, and even saw an eagle (not to mention all the deer in the area)! We're already planning our next trips back to the area, and will definitely stay at Shawn & Dotti's!

Debbie and Ken’s place was amazing! Holding true to the Airbnb’s roots- they greeted us upon arrival and showed us where everything was including the honey holes for fishing as well as generation/ water level safety and tornado shelter (we had a warning in the area! Was an adventure but luckily shelter not needed). Felt right at home to cook/ grill meals- has plentiful of kitchenware, dishes, spices, etc. Truly like staying at your favorite aunt/uncle’s home. The neighbors were super fun as well and invited us over for HH and snacks! The gardens were truly amazing- hosts are master gardeners and the property truly shines! Home was clean and had everything you can think of! Truly a gem in Heber Springs! We will be back!

This was a wonderful place and location. The home was clean and the bed and sheets were very comfortable. Very easy to find and communication was great. Dont miss a short hike to greer springs.

Great place to stay easy to get to with everything you need close by.

This place was perfect. Was decorated so cute and was super cleaned. Smelt so good the moment you walked in the door. We arrived late and they came and turned all the lights on for us for our arrival. Was very private but not far out of town. My sister lived right through the woods so it was so nice staying close to family as well. Check in was easy. We definitely plan on staying here again!

My children and I were in the Fairfield Bay area to visit family who live nearby and this condo was the perfect resting spot for us. The proximity of this condo to the pool was a nice bonus as we could easily walk to the pool instead of drive. My kids (teenagers) and I were also happy to have a great wifi connection so we could get a little work done and watch some movies together in the evenings. Blue Heron was a comfortable and safe place to stay in between family visits and I will definitely book this condo again next time we are in the area.

A touch pricier than others in the area but absolutely worth it. We have family in the area and come at least a couple of times a year, and this is the best condo we’ve rented if you only need two bedrooms. SO well stocked, which was a huge help to us - we took full advantage. Also exceptionally clean, with quality furniture a step above the usual, and some games to boot. Can’t beat the location for getting around FFB and these hosts care about your experience. I felt like we were in a hotel. Our new go-to rental when we visit.

This is a neat place when staying near Bull Shoals Lake/White River area! Greg was very responsive when I had a question upon our arrival into town and was accommodating with my request. The space has just what you need for a stay at the Lake. Kitchen is stocked well and layout of space is nice with thoughtful but minimal decor. We did not get the opportunity to use any of the shared spaces during our stay, but it appeared to be a nice area with what you needed. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental to anyone looking in the area!

Nice home and very clean. Close to shopping and restaurants, but on a quiet street. Had everything we needed for our stay!

There was a wifi outage, but other than that, the stay was wonderful. Angel and Dana were very responsive and even let us come back later to check for lost items. Much appreciated.
