Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Eleven Point River

Quick, friendly responses and good directions. In the middle of nowhere, with fields, forests, and a cattle pond out back-- perfect to get away from it all. Former ranch house, remodeled into a surprisingly spacious house with good facilities. We slept six people with the provided amenities, and two bathrooms got us through the morning routines quickly.

We just love this place so much... its our second home now :) and I absolutely LOVE the host of this property!!! :)

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The home had everything we needed for cooking and then some, a grill on the spacious porch with plenty of patio seating, a fire pit, charcoal and lighter fluid were provided, games of all kinds, super comfy beds, easy check in, great local recommendations, close enough to the grocery store and other eateries for convenience but secluded enough for relaxation also. Beautiful Bull Shoals lake was right out the back and the White River was also VERY nearby. The kids enjoyed fishing right out back and made use of the floats and life jackets that were on hand. Very calm & peaceful setting. Heather is a very gracious and hospitable host and always responded within a few minutes! We didn't have any problems, everything was clean and tidy. One of our favorite places we've stayed! If we are ever in the area we will definitely book again and highly recommend this place!

2nd time we have been there! Already planning to come back next year. Creek and river and very close. I caught 6 fish while I was there!

We had an awesome time in Flippin, and Shawn & Dotti's place was fantastic! The home was spacious and clean, the location was perfect, and the view was spectacular! We loved being able to look out at the river from both decks and take advantage of the firepit in the evening -- so peaceful & relaxing! We went fishing with Cox's Guide Service and had the BEST time -- caught lots of rainbow & brown trout, and even saw an eagle (not to mention all the deer in the area)! We're already planning our next trips back to the area, and will definitely stay at Shawn & Dotti's!

The Mudita Spa was everything we hoped for and more. It was the most exquisite setting of any vacation home we've stayed in. She truly has a gem. When you first step in you notice how Immaculately clean it is. Then it's visually appealing with classy, luxury decor. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Since I'm a coffee-holic my favorite kitchen item was the coffee bean grinder with complimentary beans! Bring bug spray, because you'll want to stay on one of the 3 back decks over looking the running creek/waterfalls. I couldn't get enough of its relaxing sound. There is SO much to say about this awesome place, I'm sure I'll forget something. This is a place where lasting memories are made. The float spa was a unique experience. The sauna was a welcoming warmth on a cool rainy day. The outdoor Hot Tub overlooking the creek felt so good. The Mudita Spa experience is worth the price. It's definitely worth the splurge.

This was a wonderful place and location. The home was clean and the bed and sheets were very comfortable. Very easy to find and communication was great. Dont miss a short hike to greer springs.

We cannot say enough great things about this place—but even more so about the people. Taylor and Johnny went above and beyond in every way. My brother is currently traveling the country by e-bike, and when he ran into issues with his trailer and arrived late at night, they didn’t hesitate to help. As his big sister coordinating from afar, I was blown away by how communicative and kind they were—staying up late to make sure he got in safely. Even over a holiday weekend, they stepped in to help him get the trailer repaired and made sure he was taken care of. Truly next-level hospitality. Rocking Chair Resort was perfect for our stay near Lake Norfork. Jane was helpful as I was looking for last minute availability on a busy weekend. The cabin was clean and comfortable!

Cotter Trout Lodge was a great place for the adult kids to stay at. (Adult parents stayed at a cottage house nearby.) The kitchen was very cute and we had all the essentials and toiletries Close to the spring park and bridge. Cute local shops.

Kathy had a clean room and the beds were super comfy!

Kelly's place was terrific! She was very responsive and the apartment was exactly as pictured. The apartment was very clean and we wish we could have stayed longer. If you're ever in this part of Missouri, I would highly recommend Kelly's place!

It was a very clean place! Nicely decorated. Only negative thing have to say is the day bed that folded out into a queen was so uncomfortable. Other than that it was just what we needed for a place to stay overnight while staying in Jonesboro.

This was a quaint little rustic cabin off the beaten path. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was like stepping back in time. Tonya communicated very well with great instructions.

A great little cabin , so quiet and peaceful. We wanted to get away from it all and it was perfect place to do so . We really enjoyed the stay . Wonderful wildlife around the cabin got some nice pictures. Great host very responsive and friendly. Clean cabin . Would definitely stay again .

We had a wonderful stay! The location is quiet, peaceful, and the view is picture perfect. After family time out hiking, we loved coming back & sitting on the porch to just soak up the view. The cabin was not only super clean but also well stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the extra touches like the walking sticks & snack basket.

Absolutely loved our stay! The area is stunning—peaceful, scenic, and with some of the nicest roads we’ve ridden in a long time. Perfect for motorcycle trips. Bob and Beth were incredibly kind and thoughtful, even offering up their garage so we could keep our bikes safe and out of the weather. That small gesture went a long way and really made us feel welcome. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a better place to stay. Would absolutely come back!

It was an amazing cabin with everything you would need and it was very cozy and close to the river and other amenities that you would need! Just the right perfect place to stay for the buffalo!

The place was beautiful. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking. It is the cutest little cabin and nice and peaceful off the beaten path.
