Cottage holiday rentals in Elbe

The house looked great on the pictures – but in real life it exceeded our expectations! Not only is the place beautifully decorated, it exudes a warmth and generosity that is rarely found. The communication with Michela was straightforward, the handover went smoothly – the most important things were explained without being flooded. This allowed us to start our weekend right away. We have never seen such a beautiful garden – well maintained and so lovingly laid out.. You immediately notice why this house is so often booked. There was something to do for the children at all ages, even for teenagers. A small downside: children count here as full-fledged people from baby age. Unfortunately, this meant that we could not arrive in the desired family constellation, although the house offers over 20 beds. Small children under 6 should not count. Other than that, everything was wonderful - we'll be back.

We had a great time at the ferry house and enjoyed the stay very much - Heiko and Ina are totally nice and helpful and the place and garden are very nice. Thank you, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The accommodation is beautiful, the decor is very tasteful and in general you can tell that someone has really made an effort and put a lot of soul into the accommodation. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, even with all kinds of spices, which is perfect for cooking. The stay was great and being so close to nature felt very good. We were greeted with freshly baked bread, a bottle of cava and soft music. We felt right at home. We will definitely come back next summer :)

We had a great stay and everything worked smoothly despite the last-minute change. The house is equipped with everything you need and the garden with jacuzzi and sauna is great! We were very pleased.

A great place for families with children! We had a wonderful time in the vacation home. It is ideal for children in particular - plenty of space to play and a child-friendly environment. The hosts were super nice, helpful and welcomed us warmly. We will be happy to come back!

We went to the cottage with 6 girls and 6 kids – and it was absolutely great! The cottage is beautiful, clean, stylishly furnished and well-equipped. The sauna and barrel were top, perfect for an evening “wellness” after a day of children's chaos 😄 The location is perfect – it's close to everything, whether it's for a trip, into the woods, or a playground. A big plus for a quiet neighborhood and accommodating owners. And did we get some rest? Well... not at all with so many children, but it was still a balm for the soul and we definitely want to come back here. We recommend all ten!

It was very nice and as described. Great environment, lovingly furnished without being too crowded. The kitchen is quite small (as described in the ad) but is above average well equipped for an AirBnB. Everything was very clean and well maintained. However, you should be able to deal with the occasional spider, which I see as a logical consequence of a wooden house in nature. There are 3 houses next to each other, but since they are slightly offset, this does not bother you. The pool is slightly above the houses as described and is definitely worth it. The payment directly via AirBnB went completely without a hitch. All in all a beautiful stay.

We chose the place as a Christmas meeting place for the family. It was really a feel-good place with plenty of space and yet a cozy ambience. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for cooking together. Thanks to the underfloor heating, the children (and adults) can use the whole floor as a play area. A fireplace is available for use. During a cozy breakfast, deer often keep you company in the garden. The bathroom is an oasis of well-being with a walk-in shower and hot tub. The whole house is flooded with light. The beds were all cozy. We slept well. At night, there was no sound to be heard, no background noise from any street. Not far away are the Externsteine and the Hermannsdenkmal, among other things. It was perfectly sufficient for our short stay. But there is certainly more for those who want to stay longer. The hosts are easy to reach for questions. We'd love to come back.

We had a great time at the "Harzhirsch". We were there with 2 small children and 4 adults and the house was an ideal size for this. It is very tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Regarding cleanliness, there was a small point deduction, but for all those who come after us: it was due to the cleaning service, which has now been changed. The response to our mini-criticism was also really very friendly and it was addressed directly.

Thank you so much for your stay. We enjoyed it very much and will be happy to return. The stay was beyond our expectations. Beautiful cottage in a quiet place, where we felt at home. And as a bonus, we had a homemade cake. Thank you again and we look forward to seeing you next time.

We felt very comfortable in the cozy and beautifully furnished cottage. You could cook well in the fully equipped kitchen and have a good time on the terrace. The surroundings on the rest of the farm with its natural vegetation were also very beautiful. The accommodation at Katja's is highly recommended.

Marta's place is a cute cottage close to the forest. Everything was lovingly furnished and everything you need was available. Also ideal for dogs, as everything is fenced. Marta is very friendly and even offered to leave earlier or a little later. What we were happy to use. We really enjoyed the weekend and would be happy to recommend the place ☺️

This is a great place to stay -- the sounds of the birds in the morning were wonderful to wake up to. This is between two small towns that each have train stops, and it could be walked from Mirosevice, but it would be around 20 minutes to walk -- we had a rental car, and that worked well for us. The other town (I forget the very similar name) has a cute little pastry shop where we got coffee every morning, and pastries, of course. This is only about a 20 minute drive to Prague, and would make a good base for a vacation. It's a little tricky to find the first time, but we didn't make any wrong turns and found it right away -- watch for that tree! That's the turn you'd miss. The rest is easy. I left some important items behind, and Hana was proactive in letting me know -- she was very nice on the phone.

Such a great place in the middle of the forest, quiet and relaxing. A great hostess with lovely animals. Horses and dogs. This is a place where you can let your mind wander

Very quiet location near the lake. Nice little house. We spent an extended week in the house, had a barbecue and lit a cosy fireplace in the evening. We travelled by car and can recommend a trip to Karlovy Vary and Loket Castle.

The cabin is very pleasant and spacious. It is located in a very quiet place just 8 minutes by car from Semily where there are supermarkets and restaurants.

We loved the place. The house and garden are exactly as described. A great large garden with trampoline and covered area where you stay dry even in the rain. For the children, the sheep were "the highlight". Everything is available in the house itself as described. Great games,toys, and children's books created enthusiasm for the kids. Very nice neighbors and totally quiet surroundings. We will be happy to come back!

We were with a larger group of friends at Ingrid's accommodation. The house with the property is fantastic. Remote, quiet but still close to excursions, restaurants and supermarkets. The place is as described and very well equipped. Check-in was flexible and straightforward. Contact with Ingrid was always quick and friendly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back.

This house is very lovingly and newly furnished. It has above-average equipment, very high quality! Mildred was an excellent and courteous hostess. Highly recommend.

It was just beautiful! The house is very thoughtful and really beautiful! The view on the lake is simply magnificent!! The location is so great, the private beach was the best for the kids 😊 here we spent the whole evening in the sunset. it is super quiet, very relaxing and with the sauna a great wellness! really highly recommended, we had a great time 😃

We had an amazing time at Klaras place. The house had everything you need and was very cozy. The garden is incredible, we spent our evenings grilling at the fireplace while our dog could stroll around. Klara is a great host, very friendly and good communication. We definitely recommend staying here and are looking forward to come back soon!

We were seven buddies and spent a weekend at Michal's for a bachelor party. The house is extremely good and centrally located, ideal as a starting point for hiking, eating or drinking in one of the many bars. Check-in via keybox is super easy. Michal is very friendly and proactively contacted us and asked if everything was okay (it was) and if we were missing anything (which was not the case). We were 7 people far from having too little space in the house. There are numerous rooms that can also offer peace and quiet. Several toilets and bathrooms prevent morning queues for getting ready. Great house and perfect for our occasion. I will certainly come back again, the house would certainly also be suitable for a trip with (large) family. Thanks for the great time!

The goose staircase is a fantastically beautiful, old sweetheart in which we felt incredibly comfortable. So lovingly decorated that you can't get enough of each other. It was great days, we'd love to come back. Many thanks also to Anja and Lutz for the great care.
