Stefan is a great host and can rightly be proud of his beautiful and quiet place in the middle of the beautiful Karolinen district.

Everything is fine. The hosts speak fluent German and we didn't miss anything in the house.

The Maršovka cottage perfectly met our expectations. Accommodation for 9 adults and 6 children was absolutely no problem. The social room with a children's corner was also great, and there were plenty of games where everyone could enjoy themselves. The location of the cottage itself was ideal for trips, we would love to come back in the future.

The contact was very friendly and the place very clean and nice. Always happy to stay again.

The wooden hut was a real highlight. Comfortably furnished with many loving details - especially the tiled stove has provided a wonderfully warm and relaxed atmosphere. The amenities left nothing to be desired and were perfect for a few relaxing days in nature. The on-site support was super friendly, helpful and immediately available for questions. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

It was a super nice stay, we felt very comfortable. The pool, the jacuzzi, the stylish garden, the possibilities of sitting together at the table indoors and outdoors and being able to enjoy the time together, remains unforgettable. Great place to stay for a large group. There is absolutely everything

It was a beautiful house with many great possibilities! From the pool to the fireplace! The only small flaw was the septic tank, which unfortunately had a very strong smell up to the terrace.

Lovingly furnished and with magnificent views of the surrounding mountain landscape, this family-style mountain hut in Kovárská offers a cozy getaway. The spacious garden and well-equipped playground make it a paradise for children, while adults can relax by the fireplace or barbecue. Absolute privacy and an ideal location for nature lovers – we really enjoyed our stay here!

The cottage is great if you want to vacation with children. It has enough space if the big kids want to retreat. There are numerous ways to sit comfortably and spend time together. We found the party box provided to be particularly cool. The house has a great location: you walked to the beach in a few minutes, but also the village market (there are fresh rolls in the morning) is also within walking distance. There are numerous playgrounds in the vicinity and the indoor playground is also a short walk. For children there is even a tricycle, a bicycle and small toys, various card games and many books. We felt very comfortable in this cottage and will definitely come back.

We felt completely comfortable during our stay! The garden is beautiful and invites you to relax – a real highlight. The house is cozy and well equipped so you don't miss anything to take care of yourself. Dana was a fantastic host: super nice, attentive and always helpful if we had any questions. The surroundings are also great, especially for hiking lovers there are numerous beautiful routes nearby. We will be happy to come back!

The vacation home is lovingly furnished with high-quality materials. Everything worked well. The house is situated in a settlement. The nearest neighbors are not visible but clearly audible when sitting on the terrace. The sloping garden overlooking Lake Scharow surrounded by huge old trees is fantastic. After a five-minute walk through a forest you come to a large, clear lake (Glammsee), where you can swim very well. One day I was there completely alone - to have a lake all to yourself, where is that still possible? A very lovely experience. We hiked every day. There were great tours in very original nature - we liked that very much too.

We were very pleased. In the beginning there were problems with the heating, but solved. Location very nice. Above all this tranquility. Super!! Lots of opportunities to do business. In the house, small things are missing, such as drying cloths, replacement of garbage bags,. The dishwasher has not cleaned properly, always food scraps on the dishes. But this should not be points of criticism, just notes .😉It was a great and lovely time. Thank you. 💐

The stay worked out as expected. Friendly property manager. Location next to street otherwise absolutely quiet, in the forest. Street doesn't bother. Nice big house. Clean. Glad to come back!
