Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Elbe

Clean, safe and good location. Close to the tram station but the noise from the tram can be heard at night from one of the rooms.

My son and I felt very comfortable. We were in the Hans im Glück room, which was really perfect for me and the little one. The room was nice and clean 🧼 and everything you needed was available. The children's playroom and the playground right outside the door are especially great, just wow! In addition, the location is great, nice and quiet, but if you like, you can also be in the city in a few minutes and do something there. The proximity to the wildlife park is great, you can get there in two minutes by car. I will come again, then with my son and my husband😆. Great !

We felt very comfortable in this modern renovated and stylishly furnished old apartment. The facility is very clean and minimalist - that's exactly what we liked. The location is great - very central and yet quiet! We will definitely come back - many thanks for the flexible check-out - so the departure was a little more relaxed.

Easy , we’ll assist, clean and organized

I had a wonderful stay at this flat in Berlin. The location was excellent and easy to access, making my trip very convenient. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the welcome bottle of sparkling wine was a thoughtful touch. The only minor downside was that it could be a bit noisy in the mornings due to being on the first floor with a large window. However, this didn’t significantly affect my overall experience. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

The cottage has a lot of Character and Charm. We enjoyed the time very much. The proximity to the Havel and the lakes was great for conquering with the kayak.

Our stay was great. We were 6 adults with 2 children and 2 large dogs. Check-in was super easy and we were received in a very friendly manner, everything was very clean and the fireplace was already on for us. There was plenty of space and there was everything we needed. In case of problems, the landlords were always reachable by cell phone.

We were already there last year and love the house, the area, just everything. It is very cosy, very clean and we feel comfortable all around. Everything very uncomplicated, easy and always quickly accessible. very friendly. Everything there that you need. We'd love to come back :)

Very good house in a very quiet place.

There were four of us in the accommodation with our two daughters (8 and 9 years) for five nights. Everything was as described. Only the first finding of the place was a little difficult despite Maike's extra information. But then it worked after a short search. The property is very quiet. We didn't hear anyone except the birds. 🙂 There is plenty to do within about 15 minutes, which makes the property a good starting point for excursions. Our daughters and we were very satisfied. It all worked out and we can only recommend the place. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time in this charming cottage! Everything was very clean, lovingly decorated and perfectly equipped – we didn't miss anything. Particularly nice was the quiet location and the terrace and the nice view. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back!

We spent wonderful Easter days with our two children (3 and 6 years) in Schmatzin. They were particularly enthusiastic about the large garden with swing, hanging handles and sandbox – a real paradise for playing and romping. We also felt completely comfortable in the house: it is very cozily furnished, offers a lot of space and had the best mattresses we have ever experienced in a vacation home. Admittedly, the agricultural vehicles are audible, but after a few nights you get used to it. (For our stay, however, there was also potato peeling) Our children slept upstairs towards the garden and were not disturbed by it. The neighborhood was pleasantly quiet – we hardly saw the neighbors and didn't hear at all. The surroundings are scenically beautiful and offer numerous excursion options, so there is no guarantee that there is no boredom.

Stayed here for two nights during a road trip from Italy to Finland. The location is excellent — quiet enough to have a good night’s sleep, but a short walking distance from main attractions. A number of pubs, resraurants and grocery stores close by. The loft (upstairs) has a good ceiling height; at 6’2’’ we managed fine. Downstairs can get a bit humid during rainy days and there is a trace of mildew; however, we did not find this a problem. We recommend NOT to arrive by car. Parking provided by host is safe, very close to the apartment and convenient, but expensive. Contrary to some reviews, we prefer checking in by meeting the host; I found the messaging/calling less stressful than using an e-portal. But again, YMMV. All in all, we RECOMMEND this place and would personally re-book it.

We felt at home right from the beginning and there is nothing missing in the apartment. There are lots of information about things to do in the region. When the weather is nice, Dr Garden offers relaxation with push-ups. We will be back!

Lovely apartment! I give this my highest recommendation!!!! Jana’s apartment is so clean and comfortable, with modern appliances. The location is excellent, it’s a safe neighborhood, in a peaceful area of Prague 1 but close to all the major sights, we walked everywhere. Jana’s mother in law, Lilka, met us and gave a very warm welcome and some very good tips for things to do. They are generous and gracious hosts, leaving a basket of fruit and snacks as well as milk in the refrigerator. We loved our stay in beautiful Prague and when we return I would definitely stay here again. This place is a gem!

We were in the accommodation for one night for two + dog and there was nothing to complain about. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the amenities completely sufficient. Communication with Ms. Marx was always friendly and helpful, and you never had to wait long for answers. The price for one night was not a bargain, but the choice of accommodation was too limited for dog owners to be too upset about it. Conclusion: unreserved recommendation. Thank you!

Tanja is a wonderful, very friendly and reliable hostess. If you have any questions, she answers very quickly and the communication was pleasant and straightforward. The apartment on the first floor is really large, all rooms are as described and furnished with a lot of heart and very lovingly. The kitchen offers plenty of space and is equipped with everything you need. We spent a week there as a family, with two children and grandma, and had a really nice, quiet and relaxing time. There is a wide selection of board games and DVDs for kids and the whole family. The beds are also super comfortable, which is not a given, so we all slept wonderfully. We had a wonderful stay at this cozy place in Bad Rodach! The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and provided a perfect feel-good atmosphere. The location was particularly convenient, as the Samba Festival ran directly through Bad Rodach to the Samba Festival. Everything was a great fit, and we would be happy to come back. We spent a week in this marvelous apartment. It is very spacious, with tall ceilings and wide hallways. The location allowed us to walk to most of the sights and access the trams or subway if we wanted to go farther afield. We highly recommend this host and this apartment.

The stay at the apartment was great! We are also a family with children, and the apartment was just perfect for that. Beautiful, functional furnishings, clean and well maintained, with lots of games, DVDs (which show good taste), and a few children's toys. On top of it, there is the location on the forest (=tranquility) and the simultaneous proximity to the center of the village with great views. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!
