Loft Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

The Markthaus is a historic gem and is listed as the first hostel in Saxon Switzerland. The house frames the market square in the mirror image of the market church below the castle ruin on the romantic painter's path. Vaulted cellars and foundation walls date to 1527. The main house was built in 1734 and operated as a relaxation, post office and tavern. In 1850 a massive cultivation in the Classicist style took place. Röhringer operated the Hotel Sächsische Schweiz here.

The newly renovated 70sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a house on a hillside in the small village of Schöna, 6km from Bad Schandau, 200m from the forest. Apart from windows and doors, only natural materials were used. It is heated by a stove that can also be used for cooking and baking. In addition, an electric 2-plate cooking hob is available. 120 years old secession vila. Full of antiques and tales. Out of city rush. Regular cleaning and disinfection. Private sauna in the house. Close to Děčín, Sněžník, Tiske stěny, Hřensko. You can have a coffee in our tower:)! You can use a garden with trampoline as well. Excellent pub nearby:) Open water swimming pool 100m far. Fireplace in the livingroom. Barbecue set in the garden.
