The site is located in a local recreation area with other vacation homes in the vicinity. In direct bypass is the F60 conveyor bridge as an impressive industrial monument. Between the houses and the beach, the beach promenade leads around the lake and invites you to take exuberant beach walks.

In a flexible ensemble of mobile and permanently installed solutions, 2 people can spend the night on board if required. Bed (200 x 160). Cooker, dishes and many extras included... On our raft, with solid forest floor under your feet, enjoy the view over the lake, hike, breathe in the forest air, go on bike tours, fish directly from the property or just switch off or play billiards outside with a view of the Silbersee, chat around the fire bowl.

The house offers a spacious kitchen on about 50 m2, with a large stove and great amenities, the living room with an electric fireplace and the magnificent view over the lake, invites you to dream and relax. Outside there is a grill corner and a small garden for sunbathing or playing. The car park is located directly at the house.
