It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Όμορφο και άνετο σπίτι με ξύλο και πέτρα που σας ταξιδέυει στην τοπική παράδοση. Διαθέτει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες με ξύλινο πάτωμα που κοιμίζουν 3 και 4 άτομα αντίστοιχα . Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.

Τα Evelin Apartments βρίσκονται μόλις λίγα μέτρα από το γραφικό λιμανάκι της Ελαφονήσου, στην παραλία του Κοντογωνίου. A traditional classic island mentality residence, recently renovated, lays just 40 meters from the sea and 300 meters from the entrance of the port consisting of a single space – bedroom-living room-kitchen, a traditional arch and a full bathroom. The house has traditional wooden doors and island mentality wooden windows and hand-made furniture of forged iron. The garden, with the large table, the trees and the flowers, is ideal for relaxing and calm.
