Very good experience. Santiago was a attentive host and always willing to help. The apartment was in perfect condition, clean and comfortable, and the building was also kept spotless. In addition, it has very good activities and common spaces that add a lot to the stay. Everything worked out well for the time I was. I recommend it.

Apartment in very good condition, similar to the photos and with a large terrace with a direct ocean view. Easy access, located in a condominium that has everything for guests: swimming pool, laundry, gym, concierge, etc. Very good location, beachfront and with sunshade and beach chair service. The host is very friendly and serious.

A spectacular place between La Barra and Manantiales that exceeded our expectations. The apartment has everything in its description. Super complete. And the maria's kindness and attention deserve a separate paragraph. It's definitely a place to come back all the time.

Everything within walking distance

The apartment is really beautiful and for a mature couple, like my wife and I, it is very comfortable. The view of the port and the bay is spectacular. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the best restaurants on the Peninsula, and on one of the two streets where ALL the shops are. In short, a very remarkable experience.

The description of the place was as it was. It's very comfortable , has great views and very good layout. It was very clean , with linens and towels. It has laundry service that is very helpful and very thoughtful when traveling. 24 hour watch, the reception guys are very friendly and willing to help you out if you need it. It has easy parking and even another covered and closed. Clarissa is very kind and aware that everything is good. I would stay there again without hesitation and recommend this apt and its administrator 100%.

The apartment is located in a privileged place especially for those who like to walk on the boulevard and go out for dinner at the tip. Out of season you can park perfectly on the street. As other reviews say on Saturday there may be noises of people and music on the street but the double glass of the openings mitigates the theme quite well. The depto is set with excellent taste and quality to an excellent hotel with the difference that the location in front of the port is exceptional. The terrace balcony is perfectly set and furnished to enjoy both breakfast and wine with sunset cheese. When I come back to Punta del Este only as a couple it is always going to be my first choice!

The apartment is very new and impeccable. Everything to spend a few nice days. There were 4 of us (a couple and two children) and we were very comfortable. The pool area and game room a 10! If we go back to Punta, we'll be there again!
