Very good welcome, we were very well received, the apartment is very well located and very pleasant, we were advised on all the tourist activities of the surroundings, and made us feel at ease from our arrival. The kitchen is functional, I was finally able to make small dishes, and the balcony overlooks the pretty square of Seraidi ❤️ The apartment is completely independent, in a beautiful building. My mom and I enjoyed our stay. Fully equipped apartment with amazing sea view on the 5th floor. Perfectly located, 5 minutes walk to the beach. The host was very friendly and easy to join via phone. Easy check in and checkout, very flexible host. The only thing is that the elevator is not working. Overall, i highly recommend this place, it's Perfectly located and it's a safe neighborhood.

The apartment, there's nothing to say clean room well tidy there is nothing missing the air conditioning the living room the kitchen the bathroom everything is complete can be completed at your place there is everything there is so much that you feel at home or more it doesn't look like we at Tarek you go home you go out like home.Tarek is kind, when we call it he answers him right away he answers all our questions . A huge thank you to Mohamed and his mom who were absolutely fabulous. with kindness, courtesy and incredible availability. Very accommodating with arrival and departure times. Accommodation totally similar to the photos, everything is impeccable and the bedding as well as the linen of very good quality. A perfect 3-day stay but too fast, we would have liked to stay longer. Very nice place to keep, moreover it will be our base in Annaba from now on. I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed. Very nice discovery. Thanks again for everything

We were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Bouaziz went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, nice place just few miles from the nice Beach Sable d’or and to the Zoo.

Perfect! We had a very nice experience. Karim is very responsive and welcoming, we found it very easily and the directions were accurate, especially for the operation of the apartment which was functional and bright, the large terrace and garage are really appreciable. It is at the heart of all amenities and shops and not far from seraidi and other beautiful places to discover in addition to the waterfront.
