Great stay. Host are very responsive and the second kitchen on the second floor is as good as the one on the first floor. Very nice space and would be great for a family.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Other than the natural Egyptian dust (there is no escaping that) , the flat was very clean. It is perfect for a small family looking for a get away somewhere calm and beautiful. It is fairly distant from the heart of Cairo, but that is what we wanted.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

The apartment is new, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you might need. It’s located in a very safe and upscale neighborhood, which added to the comfort and peace of mind during my stay. George, the host, is extremely professional, respectful, and always quick to respond. The location is perfect close to everything—making my stay smooth and enjoyable Highly recommended. Great location, very tastefully done spacious apartment, clear instructions and extremely responsive host. Zamalek is an extremely safe and active area. With lots of embassies/consulates around, there is active police presence everywhere, and it feels very safe to walk around even in the middle of the night. Convenience stores, pharmacy right outside the apartment. Numerous 24hr restaurants, cafes short walk away. Will never go hungry here. Very comfortable stay. My only small complaint would be that, there a mild lingering paint smell in the apartment, probably from a recent renovation job. However the beautiful, spacious apartment and the wonderfully responsive host more than made up for it. Will gladly stay there again.

This place is honestly a hidden gem! It’s in a very safe and private area, which made us feel really comfortable as a family. Inside, the apartment is beautiful, everything feels high-end and thoughtfully done. One of the best parts was the amazing view of the Egyptian Museum, and it’s so close to the Giza Pyramids, which made sightseeing really easy. Selim and his team were incredibly kind and helpful, so welcoming and quick to respond to anything we needed. We felt really taken care of. Thank you for such a great stay! I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cairo.

I really enjoyed my stay in Filo's flat - looks exactly like the pictures, everything clean and well maintained. Even though it's close to two big roads it's not that noisy - but you still can get out of the area quickly, be it by Uber or Metro. I especially liked the balcony to read and enjoy the neighbourhood. Filo also was a really helpful host, setting me up with one of his friends for a trip to the new administrative capital. So I could still learn something new from him, even though I know Cairo quite well.

Ahmed, the property manager and driver provided outstanding service. Ahmed went way above and beyond - always arriving right on time to pick us up/drop us off and always available when we needed a ride. He went above and beyond - assisting us with any tasks like grocery shopping, picking up food, Cairo recommendations, and offering to pick up anything we needed. He was always friendly and professional. Although Ahmed promptly responded to all maintenance requests, the amount and severity of maintenance requests made it hard to enjoy the property: Water was off and on for 2 days, electricity went out for 2 hours because not enough credit was paid, air conditioning was broken in the primary bedroom and living room for 2 days, water leaked from the shower and flooded the bathroom, ants in the kitchen drawers, jacuzzi was broken the whole time, and not enough toilet paper.

The apartment was amazing, looks exactly like the pictures, hot tub and view also very very good, comfy bed and safe room. Would love to book again. Hosts also very good.

His building is wonderful and clean. Most of all, the host is so kind. He provided every service for guest. I will visit here again soon.

Our stay at Maged’s place in Cairo was truly exceptional. Communication was effortless, with clear instructions and quick responses. Maged even helped us arrange a private car, which made our arrival smooth and easy. The apartment was spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The large balcony overlooked a famous mosque and offered a peaceful spot to relax. The gated property felt completely safe and secure. What made this stay truly unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality of Maged’s father, Mr. Mohy Elprince. His calm, kind, and generous presence made us feel instantly at home. He helped us with anything we needed, brought us delicious local Koshary, and even gifted us lovely souvenirs from Egypt. His thoughtfulness touched our hearts. Maged was also respectful, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. Thank you both for such a warm and memorable experience. We’ll always cherish it and definitely hope to return when we visit Cairo.

I had a great stay here, I was amazed when I first walked in.. the property is even better than the pictures. Mostafa was super kind and helpful, he was always on hand if I had a question and recommended nearby locations to visit. The compound itself was very safe and peaceful. The pool area was lovely and there were a few parks dotted around for the kids too. Shops, restaurants etc were just a short walk away so location was perfect. I will definitely be booking this apartment again when I come back to Egypt. Thank you Mostafa

The place was great and huge and the price for the space was amazing, a lot of nice restaurants around, a quiet neighborhood. Bassem was great to deal with and very understanding, checking in and out was easy. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay.
