Located on the 5th floor, beautiful view and security screen. Condominium with 2 restaurants and cafes, volleyball courts, soccer, tennis and toboggan. Large green areas and children's games. Direct access to the beach, supermarkets within walking distance. Sheets and towels are not included. Heated pool and gym for members only.

Acogedor departamento en 7mo piso (cuenta con malla de seguridad para niños en terraza) consta de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y 2 estacionamientos subterráneos lo que lo hace ideal para ir en familia o grupos de amigos. Muy luminoso y bien ventilado tiene hermosas vistas hacia el mar, la piscina navegable y el campo. Completamente equipado para 6 adultos cuenta con TV Cable en todas las habitaciones e Internet WiFi en el lobby del edificio (no en el dpto. Las redes móviles funcionan bien).

No incluye sábanas, toallas y elementos de aseo personal, lo demás equipado completo. Cuenta con ascensor y balcón con vista hacia la laguna, piscina y mar. Excelente lugar para pasear y descansar junto a la familia y amigos. Accesos habilitados para personas con silla de ruedas. Piscina habilitada conforme lo disponga la administración general.
