PROS: - Super fast WIFI and reliable with no drops!!! This is very important because I work from home. - Super friendly neighborhood - Private security feels nice - Air conditioner for those super hot days - Pool near by to exercise and relax - Great communication by the host - House has EVERYTHING you could need to live alone or as a couple. CONS - based on a previous review i went to the pizza shop near by (formaggios) and their pizza was tasty but the robbed both one of my gringo neighbors and myself on 2 different occasions. If you speak spanish natively you probably will not have a problem. But for gringos like myself, the special of the day says 150 pesos but when the bill comes they will say 350 pesos. When i asked why they said "welcome to mexico" and got really aggressive. I recorder their behavior and man threatened me. They did something similar to my canadian neighbor. That was my only bad experience here, not the house, just the pizza man. Besides, there is cheaper and delicious tacos by the "mercado ixtapa" if you get hungry

Celia is an excellent host, since before the start of the trip she was always attentive to everything and was very kind. The apartment is true to the photos posted, very comfortable and clean. I certainly recommend her apartment. Access to the place was very easy, access to the pool was controlled, everything was excellent, thank you very much for everything, I would definitely stay again to visit Nayarit again.
