Apartment holiday rentals in El Paraíso

A cozy, clean, tidy apartment offering two bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms, with all the amenities in a quiet and secure residence with several swimming pools. Your vehicle can be parked inside a few meters from the apartment located on the garden level with two terraces. We were a few meters from the Nao Pool establishment and hundreds of meters from Breathe, Oak and La Sala. Not far away you also have a convenience store where you can find everything you need. The marina is about a 15-minute walk away. We had a wonderful 4 days, it was a real change of scenery. Marco, our host, was caring and proactive. He always responded to our requests. During a future stay, whether with family or friends, we will return with great pleasure and without hesitation.

Lovely apartment, and lovely host. Apartment was nice,clean, and just like the photos and the host Lola was very friendly and responsive. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Very peaceful place near Marbella with gym, pools, padel court and a breathtaking scenery. Lilian helped with everything I needed same day, I had a perfect stay!

I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment! The place is incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and has such a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The large terrace was a highlight—perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors. The entire area is very quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for a restful getaway. One of my favorite features was the access to not just one, but three lovely pools—never crowded, always clean, and great for both adults and kids. The location is also excellent: just a short drive to both Estepona and Marbella, with plenty to explore nearby. The host was fantastic—super friendly, quick to respond, and full of helpful local tips that really made our stay even better. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay on the Costa del Sol!

We stayed in the villa for 4 nights and it was perfect! The villa was immaculate and exactly as described - couldn’t have been any better! It is only a 10 minute uber from Puerto Banus so is in the perfect location. We will definitely be returning and couldn’t recommend Sebastian and his villa enough 😊

Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

We had a great stay at the penthouse. Lovely place to unwind & relax. Amazing swimming pool in the apartment complex with restaurant/bar. Silje is a great host & the apartment was just as described.

We had the best stay here, the apartment is beautiful, and has such a homey feeling. The area was also so nice and calm, close by and lots to do. Angelique is an amazing host, so kind hearted, and always available at any hour if we needed anything. We will definitely come back here, and I truly recommend staying here if you’re in Marbella!

We (family with young kids) really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is as advertised: great, clean and well furnished, with a nice and spacious terrace with sea view. The neighbourhood is quiet, with a few restaurants within 10-15min walking distance. Asma is very clear and swift in his communication and very helpful.

From initial communication, to arriving at the property, customer service was excellent. We have stayed at Tee 5 before (in other apartments) as well as in Alanda and Hoyo (both in los flamingos area) but this accommodation was simply outstanding. The clean and minimalistic scandi design, with direct access to the pool/pool area makes this accommodation stand out. The pool/ pool area was a little busier than we have been used to in the past (and where at that time, no food nor inflatables were allowed) but appreciate that this area is becoming more popular, and rules difficult to enforce. This certainly does not reflect negatively on the hosts or other staff (as outwith their control) or of the beautiful accommodation itself. Overall, we had a fantastic 10 days! Thank you.

What a wonderful little home away from home. Even though we had pouring rain throughout our stay we still had a good time. The apartment has everything you need to make your holiday perfect. Even an umbrella for raining days. I highly recommend this listing.

Great place to stay

Me and my friends just spent a couple of nights at Sidney’s place and would definitely recommend! The apartment was spacious and modern with a gorgeous outside terrace and garden. The grounds and pool were immaculate. We had a very late flight and Sidney made arrangements for someone to meet us with the key and show us inside the apartment. It was about 30 minute walk to puerto banus and 15 to the supermarket. We all really enjoyed and would love to come back again! Thank you

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay and Nicholas’ apartment in the heart of the Golden Mile Marbella. This quaint apparent nestled amongst beautiful gardens is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities required. The complex itself has a lot of traditional charm amongst with its beautiful facade that gives a welcomed contrast to the flash of the Golden Mile. Nicholas is a real people’s person and spent time chatting to us about the history of the area as well as going above and beyond to accommodate us. He also has some amazing recommendations for local places ! We absolutely loved our stay here and we will definitely be back to this little gem.

Had such a lovely stay. The apartment is huge with a lovely balcony giving late afternoon sun. The bed & outside furniture are super-comfy, Wi-Fi is good, parking is easy & there are great walks near by. Communal pools & spa looked great, but not used by me as I had my dog with me. Easy & quick to get taxis if you want a night out (& they take dogs). Highly recommended.

This was a return visit to Nuscha's apartment. Everything was perfect for our nice relaxing stay. There are great restaurants on the doorstep and a beautiful quiet pool area in the private community area. Nuscha was a warm and welcoming host and was great at communicating throughout our stay. Hope to return to Alhoa Gardens again soon.
