This cosy house is located in the urbanization Los Canarios 1 in Arguineguin. The area is one of the oldest tourist area in the city, nicely parkland, with flowers and palms. Its close to town and beach. The house has its own garden, furniture and barbecue. Parking in the street outside the house. The house is approved as a rental house by the Spanish authorities, and has a VV license. It is a security for you as a renter. There are rules of order that everyone must familiarize.

What more can we say about a perfect appartment! First of all, the kindness and warm welcome of Mauro and also making sure everything was ok during our Stay. We appreciated all the suggestions to eat and visit the Island. Exquisite welcome gifts and decoration details providing us a pleasent stay and a home feeling. Everything was very clean with all we needed. Parking also had no problems. Thank you Mauro e Cosetta and pet León!! 😊

Our stay at this villa was truly unbelievable! From the moment we booked it, we were made to feel welcome and the personal welcome at the villa to walk through and explain how everything works was a great touch. The location is great, walking distance to many amenities but far way enough that you do not get disturbed. There are no words to describe how impressive this villa was, all details have been thoroughly thought through and there is everything you need. The pool was great and had enough room to play in. Overall, could not recommend this villa more, everything was exceptional from start to finish!

We stayed in the apartment for 6 weeks, the apartment is very well equipped in the kitchen, washing machine in the bathroom, good beds, large terrace with seating area, sun loungers, etc. Quiet and pleasant neighbors. The apartment was clean, tidy, well maintained. We enjoyed the apartment very much. Recommended

We had the most unforgettable stay at this stunning cave home! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in our own private slice of paradise. The ambiance is incredibly romantic – soft lighting, cozy nooks, and a beautiful blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The cave stays naturally cool and quiet, making it the perfect escape from the outside world. We loved sipping wine on the terrace under the stars and waking up to the soft morning light filtering in through the stone. Every detail was thoughtfully curated. Our host was gracious and responsive, offering excellent local recommendations and ensuring everything was perfect throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a unique, intimate, and truly magical getaway, this cave home is it. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

We were a family of two adults and two children under the age of 6 who stayed four weeks in Arguineguin. We had an amazing stay at Carlos's apartment. Nice porch with stunning views and sunset every night, clean, good beds, good TV and internet access and good size in all rooms. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped and as a family with small children we missed a vacuum cleaner. The apartment is at the top, so one has to be prepared for stairs or tops. But we appreciate daily activity and our 5 year old is in big shape now. (On those lazy days, a taxi was costing home under 5€). The apartment has otherwise nice connection to hiking opportunities in the mountains and quite close to most things. Carlos was available and very accommodating on our requests. We would love to come back to this wonderful place. Recommend everyone to book here.
