Das Wohngrundstück ist auf zwei Terrassen in den Hang gebaut. Die beiden Terrassen sind mit einer Aussentreppe miteinander verbunden.

Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.

The Finca on 600 m is situated alone in the mountains, 8 km from the beach and 2 km from the village. The access is a dirt road of 350 m which might be a bit difficult for some drivers, but you can leave the car at the entrance and we transport the luggage. Enjoy nature and silence! We grow fruit trees and herbs for our own consumption, all organic and produce our energy with sun and wind.

This villa is as close to perfect as it is possible to get. Everything was spotlessly clean and felt brand new. The host was responsive and the check-in/out instructions were clear. We had a wonderful time relaxing on the sun loungers in the peaceful surroundings. There is plenty of free parking on the road outside the property and the town of Mogan is just a few minutes drive away where you can find a modern mall with many restaurants and shops. I particularly recommend the Tipsy Bee restaurant where I found the service and food to be exemplary. It is difficult to find any criticism of the villa, perhaps the wifi was a little slow upstairs, but still perfectly usable. Downstairs the wifi is a blazing fast 500mbps+. If I were to make a suggestion it would be to add a hot tub to the roof terrace. Overall, a perfect holiday and we will definitely be back in the future.

We had a great experience at Katharina's place! The pool has a nice 28 degree temperature, every bedroom has aircondition to ensure a good night's sleep, and the house is located a short drive from some amazing beaches and decent restaurants. Couldn't have asked for more!

We've never done our holidays like this so was a bit anxious but it couldn't have gone smoother. It was so relaxing, so quiet! The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt at home the moment we got there . Everything you needed, we found the washing machine a massive bonus!! The balcony was lovely and sunny with amazing views. Through the whole experience Rosa responded very quickly and the check in instructions with photos made it so easy. Definitely car recommended but we really enjoyed travelling around a bit and having the independence. Thank you Rosa for making our first experience so enjoyable. When we come back to Gran Canaria we would definitely come back to you .

We had the most unforgettable stay at this stunning cave home! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in our own private slice of paradise. The cave stays naturally cool and quiet, making it the perfect escape from the outside world. We loved sipping wine on the terrace under the stars and waking up to the soft morning light filtering in through the stone. Every detail was thoughtfully curated. Our host was gracious and responsive, offering excellent local recommendations and ensuring everything was perfect throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a unique, intimate, and truly magical getaway, this cave home is it. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

An oasis comes to mind. The house is beautiful and the garden just amazing with all the different fruit trees, some we have not even heard of before. It was peaceful with a great view of the garden and surrounding mountains. At night the moon and stars were so clear and bright. Javier the host was very helpful in every way, so easy and kind to communicate with. We highly recommend and would love to come back to stay for two weeks more.

From initial contact with Lidia, everything was straightforward. loved that Lidia sent a video showing how to access plus instructions once inside property. once I was in, she kindly checked up on me every few days to check I was happy. Apartment was perfect for me. Overall, quite a small apartment but it was planned superbly so nothing felt small once you were in it. Super garden which, in early May, had the sun from mid-morning until it went down. All residents were very quiet and respectful of others. 5 mins from shopping centre, 10 mins from beach and Mogan Mall. I'd be very happy to return.
