Villa holiday rentals in El Menzah

The house is lovely. The top floor has been remodeled and looks wonderful. The ground level floor, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and dining room were lovely. Kitchen cabinets need work - they were damaged. A few small things ... the small coffee pot that uses pods didn't work, the basement level was unusable due to smell of fresh paint(it was fine the day before we left) and we could have used more towels. An extra set of keys would have been helpful. Otherwise - extremely quiet and peaceful area and very spacious home. Thank you Tarek.

Mrs. Souad est was just BEAUTIFUL humanly and professionally! She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived! Sumptuous villa, bright cleanliness, very impressive design of the villa with the round stay overlooking the pool and fireplace and the well-crafted spiral garden and trees. We had a lovely stay at Villa du Jasmin. The location is very convenient and we also enjoyed the neighbourhood. Our host was really responsive and their nephew helped us on site and was very accommodating in terms of meeting times for the check-in and check-out and for trying to solve an issue we had with warm water. The rooftop terrasse is certainly an highlight.

We loved our little stay at Sonia's, to begin with the villa is beautiful, clean, spacious, bright, the decoration of the house was both elegant and authentic. The garden and pool were the icing on the cake. Everything was even better and much more spacious in person than in the photos. Sonia is also an extremely nice host, she was flexible for check-in/out. We rented the villa to enjoy a nice time and organize a small shoot for my sister's bachelorette party and Sonia was adorable about this and allowed us to put up a nice little decoration outside. Communication with her was very pleasant and smooth. We had a great time and will be happy to go back.

We had a great holiday, the pool is a real plus with student temperatures, the beach is a 5-minute walk. And Mr Chemseddinne and very kind and very helpful thank you again for his holidays which went well

Good evening, So as for the Villa, it's beautiful! The bedrooms and all the rooms are spacious, it is furnished as if it lived in it so it is not empty. Outside and even more pretty. Extremely well lit with sublime sets of lights at night. Spacious, deep pool, with its slide and diving rooms and especially the waterfall! Garden with clean and well-equipped lawn (table, nice BBQ, swing...) As for Nabil, a welcoming, helpful person! I have nothing to say about renting this villa, I even recommend it! (I even took one more night so much we were comfortable there)

I can’t explain how amazing these people are. They looked after me so well. Offered me drinks, dinner. The house was amazing and looked better than the pictures. They let me host a small birthday gathering for my girlfriend which I was so appreciative of. If I ever return I will definitely stay at this place again. The food was amazing. The house was so clean and there was everything I needed. I cannot thank them enough I would highly recommend

Amazing! The home is stunning and immaculate. Truly home design magazine worthy. The pool is lovely and comfortable and a great way to relax and cool off. The roof deck is spacious and also well designed. Beautiful sunsets and a fun place to watch the hustle and bustle of Sidi Bou Said. Location cannot be beat. Communication with the host was a breeze. Kudos to Olfa for creating such an outstanding home and AirBnB experience. Looking forward to booking again next year.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Dream Villa hosted by The Landlord. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome package set the tone for a memorable visit. The hosts were fantastic—super professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests we had, which made us feel truly taken care of. The villa itself exceeded our expectations, especially when we discovered there were 4 suites instead of the 3 mentioned, perfectly accommodating our family's needs. The space was luxurious, spacious, and meticulously clean, offering everything we could have wished for and more. We had a pleasant stay in this large house! Spacious and very well equipped, it offers all the comforts necessary for a stay with family or friends. The private pool without a view is a real plus, ideal for relaxing at any time of the day. The location is perfect: the house is located in a quiet neighborhood while being close to all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, cafes) and only a few minutes' walk from the beach. An excellent starting point to discover La Marsa, Sidi Bou Saïd and the surrounding area. We particularly enjoyed the garden, the sunny terrace, the many bathrooms as well as the fully equipped kitchen. My mother and aunt felt at home. The hosting was warm and professional. I recommend this house without hesitation for a peaceful and successful vacation by the sea!

I'll preface this by saying I'm an American. I don't speak French. I've never been to Tunisia before. None of that kept Hassen from wanting to help us or from taking care of us. Hassen and his team were amazing. The place is wonderful and having access to the Club's amenities is a huge bonus. I would come back and stay here again in a heartbeat. Hassen was communicative and helped us with some special requests centering around our very young children. The view from the upper balcony is incredible. I can't recommend enough staying here, especially for the very reasonable price.
