C’est la deuxième fois que je réserve cet appartement, et je suis toujours aussi satisfait ! L’endroit est propre, confortable et parfaitement conforme à la description. L’hôte est très réactif et accueillant, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement, et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir une troisième fois !

Good stay! It's 1:1 with the photos, everything was on point. Host very generously provides extra basic supplies and services that go above and beyond. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood at all hours and times, it is very chill. It is not hectic like in Tunis proper. Location gives you no shortage of food and grocery options within a 3 to 12 minute walk. The apartment is very suitable and comfortable for a long stay. The bed was good. The kitchen had everything. Having a wash machine and clothesline to hang was perfect. I attended online classes everyday for weeks. The internet is extremely stable but with a low upstream. You can always hear & see perfectly, but your outgoing video will pause to the other party a few seconds here and there. The bathroom fan is close to the volume level of a jackhammer. This is the only thing I'd change.

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to all the key spots in Tunis, a large mall for essentials, and a secure residence that felt safe at all hours. Inside, the flat is modern, tastefully furnished, and spotless; it was also remarkably quiet. The basement parking space (easily reached by elevator) is right by the entrance and large enough for any car, which made coming and going hassle-free. The view from the living room is stunning, especially after dark. Check-in and checkout were seamless, and the host’s communication was great throughout. I’m already planning to return next month—highly recommended!

L’appartement était super bien placé collé au palais présidentiel donc très bien sécurisé. l’appartement est comme sur les photos avec tous les équipements et une belle vue mer ! Walid a été super professionnel et serviable vraiment une belle rencontre, nous reviendrons avec plaisir et sans hésiter dans cet appartement ! Merci Walid

The best place to stay in the Medina of Tunis. Clean and comfy with a beautiful rooftop view. Hayfa was an amazing, helpful, and responsive host. I can not recommend this place enough!!

We are so happy to have found Youssef's place! Youssef was a very responsive host, answered messages straight away and was very flexible. We can find zero faults with this place: the flat was spotless and everything was super clean, great water pressure, safe building, close to the medina and lots of great restaurants, AC and wifi worked well, comfortable furniture. Everything was perfect! Youssef and his family were also great hosts. His parents welcomed us to the flat, he and his wife made us a beautiful Tunisian breakfast on our final day and his father drove us to the airport. If we come back to Tunis, we would love to stay here again!

Très beau séjour dans ce petit havre de paix à Marsa. Très gentille hôte et facilement joignable sur Airbnb ou Whatsap. Le Airbnb était bien décoré, aéré, très bel emplacement, jolie piscine et très joli extérieur. Seul bémol est qu’il faut utiliser les taxis pour se promener mais ce n’est pas un problème, les taxis sont très abordables en Tunisie via Indrive. Les lits sont très confortables et l’appartement est propre. Je recommande à 100%

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie auf den Bildern – sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Khansa war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! 😊

Very good spot if you’re looking to stay in the heart of Siri Bou Said. Easy to get to the rest of Carthage and Tunis by taxi but offers a stunning view from a higher position. Not extremely difficult to walk up the hill to the place for me but might be a daily challenge for the elderly. Beautiful rooftop patio and comfortable bed with a good living area. Good size place for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (sleep on the couch) max.

Our stay was perfect. The location can’t get any better. We were close to everything we needed, and especially the beach. I wish our holiday was longer so we could enjoy this place more.

great location with a lot of space. we enjoyed the patio and did some cooking in the kitchen. just a couple blocks from la marsa beach and all the shops and restaurants. also very easy to park! thanks to hela and Mrs Sonia for a pleasant stay!
