Beachfront holiday rentals in El Limón

We've had a wonderful stay at Fabien's apartment. The description, instructions, comunication were top. The apartment Is a real jewel: perfectly furnitured, equipped with all necessary tools, devices, amenities to male you feel home and not to think about anything apart from relaxing at the great beach in front. We were welcomed with a chest of local fruit - super appreciated and the kitchen had everything able to satisfy even a professionale cook (from spices, the, coffee, olive oil, aceto balsamico, ice cubes in the freezer). The linens, towels were super clean and the bathrooms were equipped with creams, balsms, sun protection, sun lotion etc. wonderful and caring host. highly reccomended!

La Casita é realmente linda e tem um jardim que não dá vontade de sair de lá. Fomos muito bem recebidos por mãe e seu filho Cris que sempre estavam preocupados com nosso bem estar. A cozinha é super completa e foi fornecido água para beber durante toda estadia, café e alguns temperos. Além das árvores de frutas que completaram nossas refeições. Local extremamente seguro, super tranquilo e próximo das principais praias e comércio local. 10/10!!!!

Estadia muy agradable, lugar muy tranquilo, relajante, la piscina del residencial es genial. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades tales como agua caliente, aire acondicionado, internet, televisión, cocina a gas y con utensilios para cocinar sin problema. La ubicación es perfecta, solo cruzando la calle para llegar a la playa, un lugar muy recomendable al que regresaría sin dudarlo. Kya, la anfitriona, muy pendiente de todo y siempre disponible para resolver. Muy agradecido con todo, ¡espero regresar pronto!

Maximo’s apartment at Balcones del Atlántico was stunning — modern, spotless, and felt just like home. It’s a quick 5-minute walk to the beach, with great pools and a private Jacuzzi that we loved. Maximo was professional, helpful, and very responsive. The apartment included helper and cook which made our stay even more relaxing, especially as we celebrated my dad’s birthday. Highly recommend for a comfortable and stress-free getaway.

Die Unterkunft ist grosszügig gestaltet und die Lage in der ersten Reihe zum Meer ist traumhaft. Auf der Terrasse erlebt man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Der Strand ist nicht überfüllt und flachabfelland zum Meer, nur Sand ohne Steine. Das Penthouse selber ist liebevoll gestaltet, hat aber durch sein Alter und durch die Nähe zum Meer einige Alterungserscheinungen. Im Detail sieht es dann nicht mehr so perfekt aus wie auf den Bildern, für Dom. Rep. Verhältnisse war es aber voll ok für uns. Das Thema vorbeugender Unterhalt und Kontrolle der Einrichtung hat Potenzial. Ferner ist die Untekunft nicht unbedingt für Kinder geeeignet, es gibt da schon ein paar Absturzstellen. Es gab einige Dinge die nicht funktioniert haben, es wurde aber alles innert kürzester Zeit in Ordnung gebracht. Ronny reagiert sehr schnell ist gut erreichbar und vorbildlich bemüht den Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Wir waren 12 Personen und konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen geniessen.

This place was incredible in every way. The property is located in a large complex right across the street from the beach and is within walking distance of the area Maria recommended. The apartment is on the ground floor and is just perfect. The only issue was locking the front door at night and when we left; the lock required some fiddling and patience. I was so impressed with this place that I forgot to inform Maria, our host, about this minor issue. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and want to extend my gratitude to Maria for all the effort and love she puts into maintaining it—it truly shows. Thank you again for your hospitality and for making me feel right at home. I will definitely be back very soon.

This place was amazing everything was perfect super clean a very beautiful peaceful super convenient close to all locations you can literally walk to the beach if you wanted the interior of the house was absolutely gorgeous very clean and lots of space I been to a lot of air bnbs and by far this was my favorite one and I will be coming back in the near future Valerie is a such a nice woman super accommodating anything that we needed she was there and even if we didn’t need anything she checked on us to make sure our stay was comfortable a very nice woman and super friendly I would 1000 percent recommend this location this was by far the best place I stayed using air bnb Im looking forward to coming back here anytime I’m in las Terrenas thank you so much for having my family at your home and thank you Valerie for being an amazing host

Loved staying at Melissa’s place, felt just like home. Great location, beautifully decorated, up to date appliances, etc. I would say the best place we’ve staying in so far at Portillo Residences! Melissa was also ALWAYS available, replied very quickly, and very helpful. I will definitely be back!

José es muy amable y servicial, cada vez que le escribimos con dudas o recomendaciones de lugares para excursión nos contesto de manera inmediata y eficiente. Parque Nacional los Haitises super recomendado si visitas las Terreras, es precisoso al igual que Cayo Levantao. El apartamento es cómodo, equipado y céntrico. Lo pasamos muy bien. Gracias José!

On s’y sent comme chez nous tout de suite, a part quelques soucis (l’hote etait tres reactif) service impeccable. Nous etions a quelques pas de la mer et des restaurants de playa Bonita, je le recommande sans hésitation

Our stay at the condo was amazing. We went to the Porto restaurant/bar across the street almost every day for drinks and/or food. The condo complex is in great condition. The pool was beautiful. Beach towels at condo are super nice quality. Ana, the housekeeper is an incredible cook and so friendly. She made us a few different plantain dishes and cooked salami. She also made potato salad that was a Domincan style and very good. She tidied up every day and she helped with our personal laundry too. Our Spanish is limited so we used Google translate app to chat. Also per Kristian's suggestion used Komida app for grocery and restaurant delivery. Very convenient - just make sure you follow directions in welcome book. The town is about 1.5 miles and you need to drive. We used a reliable taxi service Super Taxi Las Terrenas - safe, reasonable and reliable. It was really an incredible experience and all of the locals we interacted with were very friendly.

Natalia runs a wonderful space off the beaten path with lots of details, the pool area is fabulous (though might need a few fans because of the mosquitos), she was very helpful and attentive. It’s about a 20-25min drive to Las Terrenas proper and same drive to the nearest amazing beach Playa Maron. The only couple things of feedback I’d share are a few more cooking tools in the kitchen (which she provided as we asked!!). There is construction next door but honestly it wasn’t that loud and didn’t really disturb our stay. The beach is nearby but you have to walk a bit to go to a nicer part due to some of the nearer parts being high in seaweed and low current.

Hermoso departamento, excelentes servicios el que brinda tanto el departamento como el complejo en si. muy cómodo. Lo único si para tener en cuenta es que si van 4 personas, por ahí en el sillón cama no entrarían 2, solo 1 persona y pequeña. El resto todo excelente, super recomendable.

Quedamos encantados con este alojamiento. Desde el trato del host como las comodidades del apartamento y residencial. Todo estaba funcional, limpio y ordenado. La ubicación es buena, cruzando la calle encuentras la playa, tiene restaurantes cerca y sobretodo la tranquilidad y la seguridad del residencial. Destacar además la atención de Camille, siempre pendiente a cualquier necesidad. Sin duda alguna volvería a este alojamiento.

Francis’s place was just what we were looking for when thinking about a relaxing beach getaway from the busy city of Santo Domingo. Very clean , cozy and right next to the beach within walking distance. Everything in the apartment worked and in case of any questions the hosts were always reachable. Thank you!

Amazing full kitchen! Great flowers on the premises. Warm shared pool. And lovely apartment layout right by one of the best beaches on the island. We are definitely hope to stay in this Airbnb in the future!

This is a beautiful place. It is part of the Sublime Samana hotel. Even though the unit is owned by Alicia and rented through Airbnb, you get to use all the hotel amenities and are treated like a hotel guest. The beach (Playa Coson) is long and beautiful with plenty of waves--great for long walks. The drinks at the beach restaurant are very good, though a little low on alcohol. We found the restaurant food to be excellent despite reading some previous negative reviews. We really enjoyed the gym. When we arrived we were a little disappointed that the unit was not ready for us to cook. It was missing a washclothe/sponge, dishtowel, dish soap, salt, pepper, and oil. We messaged Alicia. She told us to talk to the front desk. They kindly delivered a sponge, dishcloth, and dish soap. The restaurant gave us a little olive oil. We wish there had been a blender.

Fue un fin de semana espectacular! Las atenciones de Ariela en todo momento fue extraordinario! Sin duda alguna volveríamos a hospedarnos con ustedes. El departamento está en excelentes condiciones, nos sentimos en casa, gracias por todo!

Ich fühlte mich von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl in der Wohnung. Die herzliche Begrüssung und die Erklärungen durch Christiane (Freundin von Tes und Raffaele) schätzte ich sehr. Die Lage der Wohnung war für mich ein grosses Plus. Dass ich nicht direkt im belebten Zentrum sondern ein bisschen ausserhalb wohnte, empfand ich als grossen Pluspunkt. Der Fussmarsch ins Zentrum dauert 10 Minuten, inklusive dem wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist perfekt. Ich liebte es die Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse einzunehmen. Zur Matratze kann ich nur sagen, perfekt für einen tiefen Schlaf. Der wunderbare Blick in den Garten und das Schwimmbecken erfreute mich jeden Tag. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit ausgezeichnet. Die Internet-Geschwindigkeit war für mich okay. Auf all meine Fragen und Anliegen bekam ich innert kürzester Zeit eine Antwort. Vielen Dank Tes, Christiane, Raffaele für alles, ihr seid perfekte Gastgeber!

everything was great. place was felt clean. walk to the beach quickly and for the most part we were the only ones there. there's chairs, a table and a swing. yisel is a GREAT cook. I asked for fresh fruit juice and everything was delicious. my trip was about unwinding and not doing anything but I heard the closely town is great to visit. one outside recommendation is casa Azul pizzeria

We had a WONDERFUL vacation. Thank you ! The beach and ocean were absolutely beautiful. Plus facilities and all staff staff and communication were great. Very relaxing place and far enough away from noise and distractions while only being about 10 mins from the city and wonderful restaurants. My host - Almudena was a pleasure OUR ONLY real complaint would be NOT staying longer. Will definitely return !! thanks again !! TWO NOTES for foreign travelers like myself - EXCHANGE SOME CURRENCY AT THE AIRPORT or buy something along the way as the guards at the the TOLL booth only accept dominican pesos cash - (as well as this hotel / resort / habitation for cash (or credit cards) which is totally understandable SECONDLY- bug spray - deet or gasoline will help control the mosquito population 🤣🤣We forgot to apply once…. only once. Got tagged fairly badly… Keep the screens closed always- spray around doors.. floors. Be diligent ….re apply after swimming if not in direct SU

The open-concept villa, surrounded by nature, is tastefully and elegantly decorated — minimalist, serene, and full of charm. The breathtaking view over Playa La Playita and the Bay of Rincón is simply unforgettable. With private beach access, a large private pool, and a spacious, tree-filled property, everything invites peace and relaxation. The house was spotless, thanks to a kind and professional cleaning team, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A heartfelt thank you to Yocasty, for her warm welcome and respectful, smooth communication. She personally greeted us and showed us around the house, and even welcomed us with fresh fruit and handmade bread from the women of the village — a touching gesture The location is also ideal: close to gorgeous beaches and plenty of activities. We recommend this place in a heartbeat. Can’t wait to return ❤️
