The experience of staying at Nicolas' property was excellent. The photos are just like the house, everything very neat, details taken care of to the maximum. Nicolás is an excellent host, responding quickly, making the stay easier. The environment is very cozy, the house has everything you need to spend a very pleasant few days. An impressive place, with incredible views. When we went out it was very cold (0°), and with the wood stove we were warm inside. Very good windows to enjoy the view and the starry night. Ideal for a weekend and enjoying nature. The house is very comfortable, and Lucia was always attentive to all the details.

Excellent! We were 8 women in colored tip and I don't exaggerate to say that we lacked anything. The house is super equipped : full kitchen, spacious spaces, comfortable beds, and every corner designed for the Confort. Spotless bathrooms, common areas that invite you to share long chats, and an energy that you just feel in. The best: we didn't have to improvise or adapt. Everything was there, Listoooo for us to just take the time to enjoy. Privacy, comfort and also close to everything if you need to get around. Ideal for the end of friends as we came. And we would definitely be back. 💕🫶🏼

We had a wonderful stay in Piriápolis! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the living space was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day out. We especially loved the outdoor area, which was peaceful and beautifully maintained—ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Sisita was a great host. He always anticipated what was necessary (such as the request for documents) well in advance, thus avoiding discomfort and unforeseen events. She was very helpful, allowing us to store our luggage even before check-in.

My stay was excellent! Mariana is an excellent host, very friendly. The apartment is small, but very cozy. The terrace is simply SPECTACULAR, with an amazing view of the sea. 100% recommended!

Beautiful Apt, with a breathtaking view of the marina, the spacious and super comfortable bed, rich kitchen in utensils, thick bath towel (different from other airbnb), clean and smelling bedding. In addition, the location is wonderful, two blocks of the market, ice creamer underneath, close to everything. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, we really came out very pleased! I had the feeling that the host thinks of all the details. I can say it was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed!!

Super good accommodation, spacious, nice, excellent view. Super comfortable for 4 people. The only detail is that the location is not convenient for someone who does not have a car for example. In my case, we if we had and less bad that we decided to rent it yourself in Montevideo and then go to Punta del Este because the accommodation is far from the coast or the center or restaurant or supermarkets. To consider if you will not have a car.

from the view to the comfort are assured in the apartment, very complete in bazaar accessories, with two super spacious bathrooms, I would definitely return and I highly recommend choosing this space that makes you feel very close to home for the comfort... Andrés is a very good host, he solved all my doubts and always responded quickly. Check-in and check-out were excellent and hassle-free. I'm going to stay again!
