The experience of staying at Nicolas' property was excellent. The photos are just like the house, everything very neat, details taken care of to the maximum. Nicolás is an excellent host, responding quickly, making the stay easier. The environment is very cozy, the house has everything you need to spend a very pleasant few days. We had a wonderful stay in Piriápolis! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the living space was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day out. We especially loved the outdoor area, which was peaceful and beautifully maintained—ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Sisita was a great host. He always anticipated what was necessary (such as the request for documents) well in advance, thus avoiding discomfort and unforeseen events. She was very helpful, allowing us to store our luggage even before check-in.

We simply love this place! m I felt totally at home. Beautiful Apt, with a breathtaking view of the marina, the spacious and super comfortable bed, rich kitchen in utensils, thick bath towel (different from other airbnb), clean and smelling bedding. In addition, the location is wonderful, two blocks of the market, ice creamer underneath, close to everything. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, we really came out very pleased! I had the feeling that the host thinks of all the details. I can say it was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed!!

Super good accommodation, spacious, nice, excellent view. Super comfortable for 4 people. The only detail is that the location is not convenient for someone who does not have a car for example. In my case, we if we had and less bad that we decided to rent it yourself in Montevideo and then go to Punta del Este because the accommodation is far from the coast or the center or restaurant or supermarkets. To consider if you will not have a car.
