Living by the sea.

Lamar is a house which was finished renovating in Sept 2022. From an old fisherman's house we have created two completely independent houses on the sea. The house in question has three bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a service bathroom and three terraces, located a few meters from the sea, one of which is covered. On the ground floor terrace there is a small but beautiful marble jacuzzi/pool. On the second floor terrace there is an outdoor shower overlooking the sunset.

Villa Samantha Apartment, Sea View, 1 Bedroom, 2nd Floor

Apartment located on the 2nd floor of the house. Access by an independent external staircase. Bedroom + Living room + Kitchenette + Bar + Private bathroom (shower) + Balcony + Roof Top access Paid or unpaid sexual relations with young Cuban or Cuban people are strictly prohibited in Villa Samantha. Guests are prohibited in the house both during the day and night. The home is for Airbnb tenants only. Exceptional view and access to the nearby sea (30 meters).

It features a spacious terrace with small pool (2.20 x 1.10) and beautiful views of the ocean and unforgettable sunsets. Completely private for the guest.
