I really liked the apartment. It's small, but it has everything you need to spend a few comfortable days. The bed was very comfortable, ideal for resting after a long day. The air conditioning worked well, although at night it made some noise, as if it needed maintenance. Nothing serious, it did its job. During my stay it rained a lot and a little water leaked through the front door, but that was due to the weather, not something that depends on the host. The same with a neighbor who one morning played very loud music at 4:00 a.m.; fortunately they solved it quickly by calling the concierge. One thing that stands out is that the host was very kind and flexible: she allowed us to leave a little later on the day of check-out, which we really appreciated. The parking lot is spacious, safe, and has a doorman with an automatic door. Also, if you go by car, you are close to several key sites in southern Cali. It is a simple, comfortable and well located place.

Had a very nice stay in this lovely studio. There were a couple of hiccups initially, but Oscar/Kelly resolved them very quickly, efficiently and fairly. I was pleased at their responsiveness and reasonableness. I would definitely return here.

Really convenient location in south Cali. The apartment is located near Jardín Plaza, grocery stores, a gym (which you have access to as part of the stay), and more. Manuel is a great host and replied quickly to messages and requests. He is really nice and helpful. I will be staying here for all my future visits to Cali.

This apartment was conveniently located close to the clinic Valle del Lili and Jardin Plaza for our travel purpose. The apartment itself included all the amenities and basic needs. Clear instructions from friendly responsive hosts.

I stayed for more than 20 days and I felt at home. Don José is very attentive and pleasant. It's great that the access to the room is independent of the apartments. You can hear the noises from outside the street and the entrance and exit of people. If you are one of those who cannot sleep with noises, you will need earplugs, as there are also cicadas in the park that sing in the evenings. It is a very quiet and safe place, close to supermarkets, Univalle and the Candem cafe, which I recommend. It is an excellent option, especially if you need to be close to the area.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations: it has a modern and cozy design that invites you to rest. Everything was spotlessly clean and well taken care of. I felt very safe throughout the stay, and having parking for the car was a great plus. Definitely a comfortable, nice and functional place. Recommended!

Great safe apt. Super quiet building & neighborhood. nice bakery & dog park across the street. super close to North Cali which has a lot too offer. walk 1 block down to mayor Ave find a taxi in seconds.

I love this airbnb so much, I booked for the rest of the month. Having a sauna and city views is breathtaking. It is a great location and is very safe.
