What a beautiful villa in an amazing area in Cairo! The Villa was lovely and clean! Yahia was very friendly and responsive! I will recommend this place for sure as I will be coming back here! I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

A beautiful villa with a wonderful garden and its own pool. Everything was clean and the hosts had thought of the smallest details to make you feel at home. Beautiful design, lots of space both inside and outside where you can drink your coffee with a beautiful view or have dinner under the sky. The pool was cleaned for me. Thank you Nehad,Ahmed and door man Ramadan who took care of the cleanliness outside and was always ready to help when needed.Definitely will back again!

Mein Aufenthalt bei Ahmed war großartig! Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr zentral gelegen. Der war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Dr. Mohamed provided detailed instructions, and he made sure that I understood everything. The apartment is spacious and was cleaned. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, making me feel right at home. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, safe, convenient stay in Cairo. Definitely, will come back again!

الشقة جميلة ونظيفة وبموقع ممتاز والدكتور احمد متعاون ويسعي لراحة الزبائن وانصح للاقامة بها. The place is very lovely and the host was so helpful. I enjoyed Egypt for many reasons and one of it is the apartment. The apartment is surrounded with beautiful scenery, malls, restaurants, grocery stores and a even a medical centre near you. Doctor Ahmed is kind and a helpful host. I definitely recommend and will be definitely coming back.

My third stay here and I will keep coming back. Private and quiet. Was able to walk everywhere so perfect. Very safe for a single woman. Very comfortable. Norhan was open to suggestions. Check in and out could be made a little easier due to needing the key for the lift. Otherwise a perfect stay again.

Un grand merci à Heba qui nous a permis de faire notre check-in plus tôt et qui nous a bien guidé pour notre arrivée. Le logement était très agréable et plutôt fidèle aux photos. La chambre principale était spacieuse, le lit King size appréciable et la partie dressing assez ergonomique. Je n’étais simplement pas fan de la porte coulissante entre la chambre et la salle de bain, trop difficile à ouvrir et fermer mais c’est vraiment un détail considéré la qualité du reste de l’appartement. La deuxième salle de bain était parfaite d’ailleurs. La piscine à l’extérieur a le mérite d’exister mais je m’attendais à ce qu’elle soit un peu plus grande. C était tout de même agréable d’avoir la possibilité de s’y baigner si on le souhaitait (l’eau était super froide mais les courageux se baigneront quand même !) Le gros point positif est la localisation dans la ville, le quartier de Festival Cairo est central, c’était pratique pour les déplacements. Encore merci Heba <3 on a aimé notre séjour !

I can only recommend staying at this place! The compound is very nice and calm. The apartment is as described and shown on pictures, very clean, spacious and as it's on the ground floor it doesn't get too hot inside (there's AC, but I'm not a huge fan of AC so it's also a nice asset). Check-in/check-out and all communications with the hosts were great, very short réaction time, flexible and very friendly! Great hosts, great place!

The apartment was clean, even though a guest had just checked out. It’s a 35-minute walk to Al Rehab’s old market. My only comment is that the balcony door needs to be fixed so guests can close it properly. Riham was very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend it if you want to stay in AlRehab city.

Great value for the money. Compound is very nice, location is ideal. Walkable to a bunch of cafes and convenient stores where people speak English. The place itself was very clean and well equipped. Also, bigger than the pictures do it justice. The host, Wesam, was very responsive and communicative. Checked in proactively several times to make sure we don’t need anything! He also has a 24/7 team with a person available during day time and another for night time for any emergencies. This puts them above and beyond compared to other places we stayed at. Would gladly stay here again.

The entire experience was really nice from the start of our conversation prior to the booking. At this point I have stayed in the St. Regis, both Four Seasons, the Ritz Carlton and the Mena House hotel and my challenge is always the noise, the amount of security which distracts me. I needed to accomplish some business-related tasks and had the chance to do all in the wonderful apartment. In the time I only stayed inside and only went our for groceries. 8 min walking distance there is a nice spot with a variety of different restaurants, banks and a supermarket. 15 min walking is the Viatly mall with Carrefour where you can find all goods. If you want to be in the city you need about 35 to 45 min by taxi and is for Cairo not a huge distance. Talabat has also worked very well and the security would always call you prior to letting anyone on the territory of the compound, which I find very nice in regards to the overall security. I would come back any time; many thanks to the hosts!

The place was great and huge and the price for the space was amazing, a lot of nice restaurants around, a quiet neighborhood. Bassem was great to deal with and very understanding, checking in and out was easy. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I (wife and two kids) booked the stay at Ghada's / Shahinaz's place which is located on the Westin Katemeya Dunes Golf Resort property. The entry into the apartment was a bit unique, but the apartment is a massive apartment with large living spaces, golf course views, a large office. It was an all around amazing experience. Since you're on the property you can also access the amentities at the Westin resort (paid separately). We were visiting local friends, so unfortunately did not have time to visit the hotel amenities. It felt like home and did not disappoint. Shahinaz and her team were amazing from start to finish.
