Very nice cottage. Perfect for exploring the neighborhood.

It is a very enjoyable and beautiful stay. The host provides a very warm welcome and does everything he can to make you feel at home. The cottage has everything you need and there is also a lot to do and see in the area. We ourselves have experienced some ambiguities around certain additional costs, with the communication with Belvilla being absolutely not optimal. Communication with the effective host, on the other hand, was very positive.

This Airbnb is amazing. Our hosts Rob and his partner were extremely friendly and helpful. Rob also helped us with hiking recommendations. When we arrived they had already put on some candles, and there was a very tasty cake as well! This was a first! We had a great time there. The Airbnb was clean and well equipped. And there are sheep and chicken in the backyard, which we thought was lovely. All in all we can really recommend this host and this particular listing!

We had a lovely stay. Margraten is a central location between Aachen, Maastricht and Liege. Lots to do in the area and a quiet stay to rest.

Our vacation house was the perfect retreat for our family or 5. Plenty of room to spread out. It’s great that each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. Cute backyard. Hot tub services daily was super clean. The main resort property was really cool, like a small village. Even had a friture! Only complaint is that the washers and dryers didn’t work well at all. I’d recommend going to a laundromat instead. Washers and dryers are not in unit, they are at the main building. Otherwise it was a great 5 day stay. Easy to get everywhere on Maastricht or South Limburg from the location. Highly recommend.

we stayed with a group of 7 couples. reception and communication with Herman was very smooth and easy. view beautiful. garden with various seats. parking space sufficient and nice storage room for the bikes. nice spaces to eat and entertain. actually no on or comments. highly recommended. gr André

The Villa was luxurious. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was excellent, only downside was we did not have much of pots and pan to cook for 7 people. If you are reaching this resort by taxi, you have to go to the reception check-in, and take the key and ask the taxi driver to drop you at the Villa entrance. If you release the taxi before checking in, then you have to carry your luggage up to the villa entrance, which is about 7 minutes walk from the reception. We had released the taxi before checking in and we had to walk with our heavy luggage, which was very uncomfortable. The reception does not have the option of dropping you and your luggage up to Villa. Regarding the villa it was just like on the Photo. Our entire family enjoyed the stay. There’s a beautiful backyard garden for relaxing and can have an evening dinner. The surrounding area is very calm and Beautiful. There is a bus stop 600 m away from the villa and a supermarket near the reception.

Beautiful, modern, well-furnished and clean house. Quiet area, great for a weekend in Maastricht The only downside is that you pay for towel service, there is no bath soap and only one roll of toilet paper.

The holiday home was perfect for us. Spacious, contains everything we needed, and the location is superb - many beautiful places to visit nearby. We also enjoyed a lovely Italian dinner on-site, and my son liked the playground. The only thing is that some of the booking fees needed to be paid on-site, and it was more than was indicated on the Airbnb page. Perhaps the owners can look into streamlining this in order to avoid unnecessary surprises.

My mother and I stayed at the villa in Sweikhuizen for a week. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and there was a welcome package ready for us. From here we explored the area and made trips to Aachen, Maastricht, Valkenburg and Belgium. A good base. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are good. There is heated from two A/C'but when you set it to a fixed temperature, the temperature throughout the house is pleasant.

The house is very nice and cozy furnished. Enough cozy seating and space for 12 people. The beds are soft and you look directly at the lake. We had a great weekend and would be happy to come back.
