Beautiful house with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. You can have total contact if that is a wish due to everything separately and its own entrance and key box. House is cleaned by us according to airb&B. rules ! Important due to uncertainty we can serve/make a breakfast but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pdpp.! The meadow across from the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced and the garden is not fenced.

The bakspieker is a detached cottage located in the yard of our monumental farmhouse. The recently converted cottage is suitable for 2 people who are looking for a place to cycle, walk or relax in the hot tub with a beautiful view over meadows. This luxurious cottage is full of comforts and gives you a cozy and rural feeling when you enter. The hot tub is at an additional cost €85.00. To be indicated when booking. This includes fresh water, limited firewood, and use luxury bathrobes.

Our cottage is located behind our house near the nature reserves Haaksberger- and Buurserveen. Natural swimming pool within walking distance. Enjoy the quiet surroundings and beautiful hiking and cycling tours. Price for sauna on request. From the veranda you have a beautiful view of meadows and wooden waves. The place is suitable for 1 or 2 people. For a small fee you build your own campfire. A coal barbecue is available. Use of own cooking appliances is not permitted.

I have completely adapted my former photo studio on the edge of the small village of Gariaar to offer you a comfortable and cozy stay. As mentioned, the studio is on the outskirts of the village and you are within a hundred passes between the meadows and the beautiful outdoor area. De vogels die de dag inluiden en de vogels die de nacht inluiden. Je overziet het landschap vanuit een hoger perspectief. Je kijkt even op een andere manier naar de wereld, van bovenaf. In een boom slapen, letterlijk tussen de takken slapen is een onbeschrijfelijke ervaring.

The Coach House is completely renovated so it meets all the requirements of now. The condition was that the grandeur of bygone times would not be lost. And we did it. It is spacious, bright and homely and actually you don't want to leave. From the lounge sofa or the designer armchair in the living room you have a sublime view of the garden and canal. With nice weather, you open the garden doors and walk to your own terrace or through your private garden.

Hiking trails start directly from your stay, various cycling hubs can be found just a stone's throw away. Welcome and enjoy everything the beautiful Achterhoek has to offer!

In the outdoor area of Eibergen is our cozy chalet. The chalet is suitable for 4 people and has all the comforts. The chalet has 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed. The chalet has its own sanitary facilities, the kitchen is fully equipped with a Senseo device, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment, there is also a TV and WIFI and an air conditioner, also heating. There are also screens and there is blackout in front of the windows.

Hermanshuisje is an accommodation for up to 4 people. The residential area is located on the first floor. Here is the living room, kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom with a double bed. There are a staircase to reach the attic floor. There is one bedroom with two single beds. In the garden there is a private sauna that you can use for a fee. The house is close to the village center and the nature reserves "Buurserzand & Haaksbergerveen".
