Downstairs you will find living area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and bathroom. The loft has 2 queen beds. Small courtyard for outdoor seating & outdoor shower. You can walk to the small local beach (7 minutes) that includes benches where you can read a book, picnic tables, a playground for the young ones, and a boat ramp should you have a jet ski, a boat, or a paddle board. The Gulf beaches are 9 minute drive and Destin is 16 min away.

The cottage is in Maravilla Resort, Miramar Beach, FL. The resort has a 2.5 acre private beach, which is a 5 minute walk from the cottage. The cottage sleeps 10 comfortably. It is located in a quiet street away from the main road to the resort. Maravilla is a low density development of 4- 4 story condo buildings, cottages and a dozen multi-story houses. There is a Smart -Roku TV in every bedroom and living room with live HULU.
